【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展與進(jìn)步，人們的物質(zhì)需求、生活水平的逐步提升，以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用，市場上家電產(chǎn)品種類逐漸豐富，功能也越來越齊全。然而，家電產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代在為人們生活提供方便的同時，不僅縮短家電產(chǎn)品的使用周期，還對我們所生活的環(huán)境帶來負(fù)擔(dān)。近年來，全球氣候變暖已對世界各地產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響，給人們的日常生活帶來不便，全世界都在關(guān)注氣候問題，況且，隨著環(huán)保宣傳工作的不斷深入，人們的環(huán)保意識也逐漸提升。此外，為減少環(huán)境污染和資源浪費，我國乃至全世界都將關(guān)注的目光投入到廢舊家電產(chǎn)品的逆向物流問題上，然而，關(guān)于廢舊家電逆向物流運作模式選擇的相關(guān)研究是實施逆向物流的必要前提。因此，怎樣使廢舊家電逆向物流運作模式得選擇趨于合理化，成為本文討論的關(guān)鍵問題。 本文從定性與定量兩個方面綜合考慮，通過借助我國及國外的逆向物流、廢舊家電逆向物流等有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的查閱總結(jié)，基于廢舊家電逆向物流等相關(guān)的理論，對于運作模式的選擇進(jìn)行綜合的探討。首先，本文對國內(nèi)的廢舊的家用電器現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，定義了逆向物流的概念，，總結(jié)了其類型與特點，并對廢舊家電逆向物流的形成原因及運行過程中存在的問題等方面進(jìn)行分析，以此為基礎(chǔ)，對廢舊家電逆向物流的各方研究進(jìn)行了比較綜合的論述。其次，將廢舊家電產(chǎn)品作為前提，對自營、聯(lián)盟及第三方這三種逆向物流運作模式的優(yōu)、劣勢和適用的情況進(jìn)行了分析比較。再次，從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、技術(shù)四個方面，分析了對廢舊家電逆向物流運作模式選擇具有影響的主要因素，以指標(biāo)構(gòu)建原則為依據(jù)，結(jié)合影響因素篩選出適合的指標(biāo)并試著建立了廢舊家電逆向物流運作模式選擇的評價指標(biāo)體系。運用模糊層次綜合評價法(FAHP)，收集并整理數(shù)據(jù)后，通過EXCEL軟件進(jìn)行求解。最后，通過算例分析，對本文所構(gòu)建的廢舊家電逆向物流運作模式選擇評價模型的可操作性進(jìn)行了驗證，并確定聯(lián)盟模式的更優(yōu)性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of our country's social economy, people's material demand, the gradual improvement of living standard, and the extensive application of science and technology, the kinds of household appliances in the market are gradually rich. However, the upgrading of household appliances not only shortens the life cycle of household appliances, but also brings a burden to the environment we live in in recent years. Global warming has had a serious impact on all parts of the world, causing inconvenience to people's daily life. The whole world is paying attention to climate problems. Moreover, with the deepening of environmental protection publicity work. In addition, in order to reduce environmental pollution and waste of resources, our country and even the world will pay close attention to the reverse logistics of used household appliances, however. The related research on the operation mode selection of waste appliances reverse logistics is the necessary premise to implement reverse logistics. Therefore, how to make the operation mode of waste appliances reverse logistics have to be rationalized. It has become the key problem discussed in this paper. This paper from qualitative and quantitative aspects of comprehensive consideration, through the use of reverse logistics in China and abroad, waste appliances reverse logistics and other related literature review and summary, based on waste electrical appliances reverse logistics and other related theories. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic used household appliances, defines the concept of reverse logistics, and summarizes its types and characteristics. And on the basis of the analysis of the reasons for the formation of the waste appliances reverse logistics and the problems existing in the process of operation, this paper makes a relatively comprehensive discussion on the reverse logistics of waste appliances. Secondly. This paper analyzes and compares the advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions of the three reverse logistics modes of self-support, alliance and third party. Thirdly, from the political, economic and social aspects. In four aspects of technology, the paper analyzes the main factors that have influence on the selection of reverse logistics operation mode of waste household appliances, which is based on the principle of index construction. Combined with the influencing factors to select suitable indicators and try to establish an evaluation index system for the selection of reverse logistics operation mode of waste household appliances. The fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method is used to collect and collate the data. Finally, through the analysis of an example, the feasibility of the evaluation model of the reverse logistics operation model of waste household appliances is verified. And determine the alliance model of the better.
