【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)保持了快速增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)總量已先后超越英國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,一躍成為僅次于美國(guó)的世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局和結(jié)構(gòu)也日趨完善和穩(wěn)定,關(guān)乎國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大多數(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)都得到不同程度的發(fā)展。同時(shí),當(dāng)前我國(guó)電訊、電子、建筑、機(jī)械、冶金、鐵路等諸多產(chǎn)業(yè)中,以鋼鐵工業(yè)為基礎(chǔ),鐵道產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為依托的特定工業(yè)領(lǐng)域——鐵路機(jī)車車輪產(chǎn)業(yè),日漸引起學(xué)術(shù)界和實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注。然而,隨著前蘇聯(lián)的解體以及東歐劇變,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、一體化的進(jìn)程逐步加快,世界產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)面臨重新調(diào)整、升級(jí)和戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)移。市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)逐漸由賣方市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)向買方市場(chǎng),消費(fèi)需求轉(zhuǎn)向多樣化、柔性化和個(gè)性化,產(chǎn)品的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)劃分越來(lái)越細(xì)。企業(yè)如何在保持原有大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)成本和速度優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí),提供實(shí)質(zhì)的個(gè)性化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域的重要課題。正是在這樣的時(shí)代環(huán)境和企業(yè)實(shí)踐背景下,在鐵路機(jī)車車輪產(chǎn)業(yè)面對(duì)越來(lái)越多的細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的情形下,本文提出基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈視角的我國(guó)鐵路機(jī)車車輪產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)行大規(guī)?刂频漠a(chǎn)業(yè)縱向控制研究課題。本文首先對(duì)幾個(gè)重要理論(產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論、壟斷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論、差異化理論、大規(guī)模定制理論)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)回顧、歸納和總結(jié)。其次,本文對(duì)我國(guó)鐵路機(jī)車車輪行業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史演進(jìn)進(jìn)行了歸納,將其劃分為啟蒙萌芽期、蹣跚起步期、快速成長(zhǎng)期和高速成熟期四個(gè)階段,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探析我國(guó)鐵路機(jī)車車輪行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。接著,本文對(duì)鐵路車輪產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分析,基于PEST模型和鉆石理論模型探析了鐵路車輪產(chǎn)業(yè)宏觀環(huán)境和企業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境;同時(shí),就鐵路車輪產(chǎn)業(yè)的縱向控制動(dòng)因、發(fā)展模式和效應(yīng)提供了理論指導(dǎo)。最后,本文以國(guó)內(nèi)鐵路機(jī)車車輪行業(yè)中的Railteco公司為案例研究對(duì)象,深入剖析了該企業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、威脅和機(jī)會(huì),嘗試性提出我國(guó)鐵路車輪行業(yè)的主要戰(zhàn)略思想和未來(lái)發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy maintained a rapid growth trend, China's economy has overtaken the UK, Germany, Japan and other developed countries, has become the world's second largest economy after the United States. With the rapid development of economy, industrial layout and structure of our country is becoming more and more perfect and stable, most of the industry to promote the development of national economy have been developed in different degree. At the same time, China telecommunications, electronics, construction, machinery, metallurgy, railway and other industries, in the iron and steel industry as the foundation, the railway industry development according to the specific industry support of railway locomotive wheel industry, increasing attention from both academic and practical fields however, with the disintegration of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, the economic globalization, the integration process gradually accelerate the industrial structure of the world is facing restructuring, transfer and upgrade strategy of market competition. The intensification of the global economic market gradually from a seller's market to buyer's market, the demand for diversified, flexible and personalized, target market segmentation of the product become more fine. How to maintain the original enterprise mass production cost and speed advantage at the same time, to provide substantive personalized products and services, has become an important topic in the field of enterprise management. It is in this era of environment and enterprise practice background in locomotive wheel industry face more and more segments of the market situation, this research longitudinal control industry chain from the perspective of China's railway locomotive wheel industry based on the implementation of large-scale industrial control. Firstly, several important theories (the theory of industrial chain, theory the difference, monopolistic competition theory, the theory of mass customization) were related to the literature review, and summarized. Secondly, this paper on China's railway The historical evolution of the development of locomotive wheel industry is summarized, which is divided into enlightenment period, a starting period, rapid growth period and high mature stage four stages, current situation and on the basis of China's railway locomotive wheel industry. Then, this paper carries on railway wheel industry analysis of the whole industry chain, the macro environment the railway wheel industry and enterprise development environment based on PEST model and diamond model analysis; at the same time, the vertical control motivation of railway wheel industry, provides a theoretical guidance for the development mode and effect. Finally, based on the domestic railway locomotive wheel industry in Railteco company as a case study, analyzes the advantages of the enterprises in the in the chain of weaknesses, threats and opportunities, try to put forward China's railway wheel industry mainly strategic thinking and development direction in the future.
