【摘要】：能源是人類社會(huì)賴以生存和發(fā)展的重要條件之一,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)需要能源的支持。全球能源格局始終處于不斷調(diào)整和變化中。北非、中東地區(qū)動(dòng)蕩局勢(shì)成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的新震源,美國(guó)對(duì)此加快了能源獨(dú)立腳步。"頁巖氣革命"爆發(fā),美國(guó)能源依存度的拐點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)。美國(guó)政府多年來遵循市場(chǎng)規(guī)律運(yùn)用宏觀調(diào)控的手段扭轉(zhuǎn)了美國(guó)能源特別是石油嚴(yán)重依賴進(jìn)口的局面,并取得了顯著成果。充足的能源供應(yīng)以及頁巖氣廉價(jià)的優(yōu)勢(shì),緩解了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與資源不足之間的矛盾,對(duì)于美國(guó)制造業(yè)回歸,經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇意義重大。同時(shí),美國(guó)憑借能源革命,推動(dòng)能源工業(yè)變革,在能源工業(yè)中的地位將更為重要,對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)走向的話語權(quán)將進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)。而我國(guó)也應(yīng)當(dāng)建立多元的能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),運(yùn)用宏觀調(diào)控的手段進(jìn)行能源改革,減少能耗,成為節(jié)能型國(guó)家。
[Abstract]:Energy is one of the important conditions for the survival and development of human society. Economic development needs the support of energy. The global energy pattern has always been in constant adjustment and change. North Africa. The Middle East turmoil has become a new epicenter of the global economy, and the United States has accelerated the pace of energy independence. The "shale gas revolution" broke out. The U. S. government has followed the market law for many years and used macro-control measures to reverse the situation that the United States is heavily dependent on imports of energy, especially oil. Significant results have been achieved. Adequate energy supply and cheap shale gas advantages have alleviated the contradiction between economic growth and insufficient resources, and have significant implications for the return of American manufacturing to economic recovery. By virtue of the energy revolution, the United States will promote the transformation of the energy industry, which will play a more important role in the energy industry, and the right to speak on the global economic trend will be further strengthened. China should also establish a pluralistic energy consumption structure. By means of macro-control, energy reform, energy consumption reduction, energy-saving countries.
