軋鋼廠工人安全注意力穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:近年,國家與企業(yè)不斷改進(jìn)高危行業(yè)安全行為管理方法,但生產(chǎn)過程中依然存在人因失誤,尤其是由于工人疏忽與過失造成的失誤屢禁不止,其主要原因是工作期間員工喪失注意力。因此,亟需針對工作情境下的員工安全注意力影響因素及變化趨勢進(jìn)行研究。以軋鋼廠工人為研究對象,安全注意力穩(wěn)定性為研究側(cè)重點(diǎn),通過實(shí)地觀察、訪談和問卷調(diào)研收集數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建并驗(yàn)證影響因素作用機(jī)制結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型和演化過程的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真模型,提出針對性提升策略。研究得出以下主要結(jié)論:(1)分析了安全注意力穩(wěn)定性在人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量上的差異。26-35歲員工的安全注意力穩(wěn)定性相對良好,46歲以上的員工安全注意力穩(wěn)定性最弱。受教育程度在高中即以上的安全注意力穩(wěn)定性較初中的高,并且女性員工的安全注意力水平顯著高于男性員工。(2)構(gòu)建了安全注意力穩(wěn)定性影響因素作用機(jī)制結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。模型經(jīng)過實(shí)證分析證明其能夠解釋安全注意力穩(wěn)定性。作業(yè)復(fù)雜性與強(qiáng)度通過員工疲勞程度對安全注意力的穩(wěn)定性有間接負(fù)向影響。企業(yè)的安全教育培訓(xùn),安全文化氛圍通過增加員工的安全意識對安全注意力穩(wěn)定性間接有顯著正向影響。安全監(jiān)管、員工積極情緒和安全信息源特征直接對安全注意力穩(wěn)定性有顯著正向影響。(3)構(gòu)建了安全注意力穩(wěn)定性影響機(jī)制系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)動(dòng)態(tài)模擬仿真模型。結(jié)果顯示:安全監(jiān)管和員工安全意識的積極作用最為顯著,安全信息刺激的作用效果相對較弱,作用時(shí)間相對短暫。(4)提出安全注意力穩(wěn)定性提升策略。從增強(qiáng)安全監(jiān)管、安全意識、消除上崗前疲勞及合理利用安全信息刺激度方面形成安全注意力穩(wěn)定性的保障、分散預(yù)防及強(qiáng)化體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country and the enterprise continuously improve the high risk industry safety behavior management method, but in the production process still exists the human error, especially because of the worker negligence and the mistake causes the mistake repeatedly to prohibit. The main reason is the loss of attention during work. Therefore, it is urgent to study the influencing factors and changing trends of workers' safety attention in the working situation. Safety attention stability is the focus of the research. Through field observation, interviews and questionnaire survey, the structure equation model of influencing factors mechanism and the system dynamics simulation model of evolution process are constructed and verified. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) analyze the difference of security attention stability in demographic variables. 26-35 years old employees have relatively good security attention stability. Employees over 46 years of age have the weakest stability of safe attention. Their education level is higher than that of junior high school. And the safety attention level of female employees was significantly higher than that of male employees. The structural equation model of the influencing factors of safety attention stability is established. The model is proved to be able to explain the safety attention stability by empirical analysis. The stability of willpower has indirect negative influence. Safety education and training of enterprises. Safety culture atmosphere indirectly has a significant positive impact on safety attention stability by increasing the safety awareness of employees. Employee positive emotion and safety information source characteristics have a significant positive effect on security attention stability directly. The dynamic simulation model of the system dynamics of the safety attention stability influence mechanism is constructed. The results show that the safety supervision and the safety consciousness of employees play the most significant role. The effect of safety information stimulation is relatively weak, the action time is relatively short. (4) proposed safety attention stability promotion strategy, from enhancing safety supervision, safety awareness. In order to eliminate the fatigue before duty and make use of the safety information to stimulate degree, the safety attention stability should be ensured, and the system of prevention and prevention should be dispersed and strengthened.
