【摘要】：本文通過對X多品種小批量制造公司的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進行深入地調(diào)研分析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定、生產(chǎn)效率低下、執(zhí)行力差、員工工作積極性不高和質(zhì)量意識淡薄等問題,嚴重影響了車間現(xiàn)場的質(zhì)量管理,增加了產(chǎn)品的制造成本,極大地制約了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。從而提出了順應(yīng)X公司發(fā)展的精益6σ管理改善措施,按照定義、測量、分析、改善和控制的DMAIC實施流程,對X公司的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理進行優(yōu)化,達到了員工工作積極、管理制度完善合理、生產(chǎn)高效有序、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定等的改善效果,很好地實現(xiàn)了精益6σ管理整合的‘1+12’的突破。首先,通過閱讀大量相關(guān)參考文獻和實地考察,對中國多品種小批量制造行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及精益6σ管理的應(yīng)用趨勢作了簡述。其次,運用SWOT模型對X多品種小批量制造公司的優(yōu)劣勢進行分析,有力地論證了公司引入精益6σ管理的必要性與可行性。然后,結(jié)合公司的現(xiàn)狀對精益6σ管理的引入做好了充分的前期準(zhǔn)備。最后,結(jié)合MINITAB質(zhì)量分析軟件,對cs閥體改善項目的實施進行了具體闡述,并運用層次分析和模糊評價等方法進行了定性與定量相結(jié)合的優(yōu)化效果評價,分析了實施過程中的不足之處。精益6σ管理模式在X公司的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)化方面取得了較大的成功,實施過程中的注意事項和改善之法對其它多品種小批量制造企業(yè)有一定的參考和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This article through the X variety small batch manufacturing company production quality management present situation carries on the thorough investigation and analysis, from which discovers the production quality is unstable, the production efficiency is low, the execution ability is poor. The lack of enthusiasm and low quality awareness of the employees seriously affected the quality management of the workshop site and increased the manufacturing costs of the products. It has greatly restricted the development of the enterprise. Therefore, the improvement measures of Lean 6 蟽 management conforming to the development of X Company are put forward. According to the definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of the DMAIC implementation process. By optimizing the production quality management of X Company, we have achieved the effect of positive work, perfect and reasonable management system, efficient and orderly production, stable product quality and so on. The breakthrough of Lean 6 蟽 management integration is well realized. First of all, through reading a large number of relevant references and field visits. The present situation of multi-variety small batch manufacturing industry in China and the application trend of Lean 6 蟽 management are briefly introduced. Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of X variety small batch manufacturing company are analyzed by using SWOT model. The necessity and feasibility of introducing Lean 6 蟽 management into the company are demonstrated powerfully. Then, combined with the present situation of the company, the introduction of Lean 6 蟽 Management is fully prepared. Finally. Combined with MINITAB quality analysis software, the implementation of CS valve body improvement project is described in detail, and the qualitative and quantitative optimization effect evaluation is carried out by using AHP and fuzzy evaluation methods. The deficiencies in the implementation process are analyzed. The Lean 6 蟽 management model has achieved great success in the optimization of production quality management of X Company. The matters needing attention and the method of improvement in the process of implementation have certain reference and significance for other multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing enterprises.
