【摘要】：由于采購環(huán)節(jié)關(guān)系著整條供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作效率,并對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程及成本高低發(fā)揮著重要的作用,因此采購管理現(xiàn)已逐步成為多數(shù)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)其柔性化經(jīng)營、提高競爭力的重要手段之一。 本文選擇了供應(yīng)鏈下的采購管理作為研究課題,以W汽車公司為案例公司來進(jìn)行分析研究,首先本論文通過介紹供應(yīng)鏈及采購管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論及研究現(xiàn)狀作為文章的理論工具,在此基礎(chǔ)之上分析研究了W汽車公司采購管理的現(xiàn)狀及其所存在的問題,經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)包括W汽車公司在內(nèi)的多數(shù)汽車制造企業(yè)都存在著采購效率低下、采購成本過高等這一系列的問題,因而導(dǎo)致其采購工作并不能保證公司滿足日益?zhèn)�性化的市場需求,其采購管理模式早已不能適應(yīng)市場競爭的需求。因此,優(yōu)化采購管理模式對于W汽車公司的未來發(fā)展來說是至關(guān)重要的。所以本文的最后一部分便針對W汽車公司采購管理所出現(xiàn)的這些問題分別從采購管理模式、采購人員隊(duì)伍優(yōu)化、采購信息管理平臺的構(gòu)建以及與供應(yīng)商的關(guān)系等幾方面提出優(yōu)化整改建議。最后通過本論文的研究,希望能對W汽車公司及同行業(yè)其他公司的采購管理的優(yōu)化提供借鑒與參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Because the procurement link relates to the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain, and plays an important role in the production process and the cost of the enterprise, procurement management has gradually become the majority of enterprises to achieve its flexible management. One of the important means of improving competitiveness. This paper chooses the purchasing management under the supply chain as the research topic, taking W automobile company as the case to carry on the analysis research. First of all, this paper introduces the supply chain and procurement management related to the basic theory and research status as a theoretical tool of the article. On this basis, the paper analyzes and studies the current situation and existing problems of procurement management in W Automobile Company. It is found that the procurement efficiency is low in most automobile manufacturing enterprises including W Automobile Company. This series of problems, such as too high procurement cost, lead to the procurement work can not ensure that the company can meet the increasingly personalized market demand, its procurement management model has not been able to meet the needs of market competition. It is very important to optimize the purchasing management mode for the future development of W Automobile Company. Therefore, the last part of this paper focuses on these problems of W Automobile Company procurement management from the procurement management model. The optimization of purchasing staff, the construction of procurement information management platform and the relationship between procurement information management platform and suppliers are proposed. Finally, through the study of this paper. This paper hopes to provide reference and reference value for the optimization of purchasing management of W Automobile Company and other companies in the same industry.
