【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)及國際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,各種產(chǎn)品給人類生活帶來了巨大的改變,但也伴隨著更多的危險和更大的災(zāi)難,人類一直致力于研究和實踐如何提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,進而確保各類產(chǎn)品更好的服務(wù)于人類的發(fā)展和生活。質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)歷了主要以產(chǎn)品制造過程為控制焦點的"檢驗質(zhì)量管理"及"統(tǒng)計質(zhì)量管理"階段后,仍不足以確保產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。隨著通用公司全面質(zhì)量管理概念的提出,人們逐漸意識到質(zhì)量管理不僅僅和制造過程相關(guān),與市場、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、銷售、服務(wù)等過程息息相關(guān),實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)必須建立一個有效的質(zhì)量管理體系。國際標(biāo)準化組織將這一管理思想逐漸標(biāo)準化并進行持續(xù)改進,在全球得到了快速的傳播和發(fā)展。質(zhì)量管理體系是在質(zhì)量方面指揮和控制組織的管理體系。通常包括制定質(zhì)量方針、目標(biāo)以及質(zhì)量策劃、質(zhì)量控制、質(zhì)量保證和質(zhì)量改進等活動。任何組織都應(yīng)建立符合自身的質(zhì)量管理體系并持續(xù)改進,以滿足顧客的要求和期望,實現(xiàn)組織的發(fā)展。遷鋼設(shè)備維檢中心為首鋼遷鋼公司提供主體設(shè)備的維護檢修服務(wù),該組織的服務(wù)質(zhì)量直接決定著遷鋼公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定程度,間接影響公司高端產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)以及公司為下游顧客提供產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)能力。因此設(shè)備維檢中心只有不斷的提升自身的設(shè)備維護檢修質(zhì)量管理,才能實現(xiàn)組織與公司的共同發(fā)展。本論文首先介紹了選題的背景和意義,詳細介紹質(zhì)量管理體系相關(guān)理論,并結(jié)合理論對該組織的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析,從中找出質(zhì)量管理存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)質(zhì)量管理體系的管理原則以及相關(guān)要求,借助過程方法和系統(tǒng)方法,從組織的質(zhì)量方針、目標(biāo)、職責(zé)與權(quán)限、資源配置、過程控制、分析和改進等方面進行組織的質(zhì)量管理體系構(gòu)建。最后對組織質(zhì)量管理體系的建設(shè)的效果進行總結(jié),并就該組織進一步的質(zhì)量管理體系改進和發(fā)展做出思考。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern science and technology and international trade, a variety of products has brought great changes to human life, but also with more risk and greater disaster, human beings have been devoted to the research and practice of how to improve the quality of products, and to ensure that all kinds of products to better serve human development and life quality management experience. The main products for the manufacturing process control the focus of "quality inspection management" and "statistical quality management" stage, is still not enough to ensure the quality of the products. With the concept of total quality management of General Company, people gradually realized that quality management is not only related with the market and manufacturing process, product design, sales, service, etc. the process to achieve this goal, we must establish an effective quality management system. The international organization for standardization of the management gradually standardized and continuous improvement In the spread and rapid development in the world. The quality management system is to direct and control an organization with regard to quality management system generally includes establishment of the quality policy, objectives, quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Any organization should establish its own quality management system and continuous improvement, to meet customer requirements and expectations, realize the development of the organization. Qian'gang equipment maintenance center for the relocation of Shougang steel company main equipment maintenance service, the service quality directly determines the stability of the steel company moved production equipment, indirect effects of high-end products development company and company provides products and services the ability for the downstream customers. So the equipment maintenance center only constantly improve their equipment maintenance quality management, in order to achieve the common development of the organization and the company. This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the topic, introduces the related theory of quality management system, and analyzing the present situation of quality management of the organization theory, find out the problems of quality management from it. On this basis, according to the management principles of the quality management system and related requirements, with the process method and system method, target from the quality policy, organization, responsibility and authority, resource allocation, process control, analysis and improvement of the organization's quality management system. At the end of the organization's quality management system construction effect was carried out, and that the organization of further improvement of the quality management system and make the development of thinking.
