【摘要】：工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中極具增值力，，是實(shí)現(xiàn)由“中國(guó)制造”向“中國(guó)創(chuàng)造”轉(zhuǎn)變的重要環(huán)節(jié)。舟山市船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)基地(或產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū))被認(rèn)定為省級(jí)特色工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)基地，是舟山市船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚區(qū)。自基地成立以來，船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但也存在研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)能力不強(qiáng)、企業(yè)規(guī)模小、龍頭骨干企業(yè)缺少等方面的問題，在進(jìn)一步發(fā)展中已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生了瓶頸效應(yīng)。船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)概念的提出是解決問題的可能途徑，同時(shí)成為提升船舶設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新能力的加速器。 本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)省市工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建現(xiàn)狀研究的基礎(chǔ)上，得出經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示，根據(jù)舟山市船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的必要性與可行性進(jìn)行剖析，并指出平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的緊迫性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本論文核心論述三部分，1、分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)興起的歷史和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2、闡述舟山市船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的必要性與可行性。3、提出舟山市船舶工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)應(yīng)具備的構(gòu)架和內(nèi)容，以及運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制和模式。
[Abstract]:Industrial design is very value - added in the industrial chain . It is an important link to realize the transformation from " Made in China " to " Chinese Creation " . Zhoushan city shipping industry design base ( or industrial gathering area ) has been recognized as a provincial characteristic industrial design base , it is the agglomeration area of Zhoushan ' s shipbuilding industry design industry . Since the establishment of the base , the shipbuilding industry design industry has developed rapidly , but also has the bottleneck effect in the further development . The concept of the public service platform of the shipbuilding industry design industry is a possible way to solve the problem , meanwhile , it becomes an accelerator to improve the ship design innovation ability . Based on the research of domestic and foreign industrial design industry development situation and the domestic key provincial and municipal industrial design industry public service platform construction status research , the paper obtains the experience enlightenment , according to the actual situation of the development of the design industry of the ship industry in Zhoushan City , analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the public service platform of the shipbuilding industry design industry , and points out the urgency and realistic significance of the platform construction . This paper focuses on the three parts , 1 , analyses the history and experience of the development of the public service platform of industrial design industry at home and abroad . 2 . The necessity and feasibility of the construction of the public service platform for the design industry of the ship industry in Zhoushan City are described .
