【摘要】：石油化工行業(yè)(簡稱石化企業(yè))是典型的流程加工行業(yè)，在石化企業(yè)的流水線式的生產(chǎn)加工過程中，設(shè)備是各種物流的載體，是企業(yè)機(jī)體構(gòu)成當(dāng)中的硬件，是企業(yè)進(jìn)行原料加工、成品半成品儲(chǔ)存、物流移動(dòng)、產(chǎn)品運(yùn)銷等一系列活動(dòng)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。設(shè)備能否安全、可靠和高效的運(yùn)行，是石油化工企業(yè)的安全、穩(wěn)定、長期、滿負(fù)荷、優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)，直接影響到企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 H煉化公司在實(shí)施企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)（ERP）項(xiàng)目過程中，采用了ERP設(shè)備維護(hù)模塊，實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備檢修中成本費(fèi)用信息與財(cái)務(wù)的集成，但沒有包括全部的設(shè)備管理功能，不能滿足現(xiàn)代石化企業(yè)設(shè)備全員，全過程設(shè)備管理的需求，為此在實(shí)施企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)（ERP）設(shè)備維護(hù)模塊的基礎(chǔ)上，按照H煉化公司設(shè)備管理需要，，完成了設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)的功能提升。 本文首先對(duì)現(xiàn)有設(shè)備管理框架體系和存在問題進(jìn)行了分析；其次對(duì)在實(shí)施企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)（ERP）基礎(chǔ)上的設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，建立了數(shù)據(jù)信息的管理和分析平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)設(shè)備故障體系和預(yù)知維修策略的知識(shí)積累；最后對(duì)設(shè)備管理信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，對(duì)系統(tǒng)的成果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)和下一步研究提出了設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Petroleum and chemical industry is a typical process industry . In the production process of pipeline type of petrochemical enterprises , the equipment is the carrier of various kinds of logistics . It is the material basis for the production of raw materials , semi - finished product storage , logistics movement and product distribution . The equipment can operate safely , reliably and efficiently . It is a safe , stable , long - term , full - load and optimized production base for petrochemical enterprises , which directly affects the safety production and economic benefits of enterprises . In the process of implementing the enterprise resource plan management system ( ERP ) project , the H refining company adopts the ERP equipment maintenance module , realizes the integration of the cost cost information and the finance in the maintenance of the equipment , but does not include all equipment management functions , and can not meet the requirements of the whole - process equipment management of the modern petrochemical enterprise equipment . Therefore , based on the implementation of the enterprise resource planning management system ( ERP ) equipment maintenance module , the function of the equipment management system is improved according to the requirements of the equipment management of the H - refining company . Firstly , this paper analyzes the existing equipment management framework system and the existing problems ; secondly , designs the business process of the equipment management system based on the enterprise resource planning management system ( ERP ) , establishes the management and analysis platform of the data information , realizes the knowledge accumulation to the equipment failure system and the pre - known maintenance strategy , summarizes the implementation method of the equipment management information system , and puts forward the idea of the evaluation and the next study of the system .
