【摘要】：隨著生活水平的提高，環(huán)保意識的增強(qiáng)，人們對周圍的環(huán)境設(shè)施的要求也越來越高，木塑地板順應(yīng)了國家節(jié)能減排、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大趨勢，凸顯出了較大的潛力。 木塑地板具有防水防潮、防蟲及零甲醛釋放的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，能很好的替代強(qiáng)化木地板和復(fù)合地板，這樣不僅節(jié)約了木材的使用量，還對我國的環(huán)境起到了保護(hù)作用。研究結(jié)果表明，我國木塑地板有較大市場潛力。調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果顯示，其潛在消費(fèi)者集中在年齡18～50歲，且有穩(wěn)定收入來源、學(xué)歷較高的群體，但是居民普遍對木塑地板的認(rèn)知度低，，僅有33.23%的受訪者以前聽說過木塑地板。因此要提高木塑地板的市場占有率，一方面要得力于國家的政策扶持，另一方面要加大木塑地板的研發(fā)力度和拓寬銷售渠道，在不久的將來，相信木塑地板將會替代實(shí)木地板，成為家居裝飾的重要材料。 木塑地板的需求市場是房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)，主要應(yīng)用在室內(nèi)室外裝飾材料方面。根據(jù)我國木塑地板的供給、需求市場的具體情況和我國經(jīng)濟(jì)整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來看，我國木塑地板市場投資機(jī)會良好。在未來幾年隨著市場需求不斷上升的影響，其市場價(jià)格也會出現(xiàn)一定的上漲。市場價(jià)格的上升給行業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了較好的投資機(jī)會。在木塑地板市場的投資前，應(yīng)選擇合適的進(jìn)入方式和技術(shù)路徑，加強(qiáng)自身技術(shù)的研發(fā)，同時(shí)加強(qiáng)品牌建設(shè)，以保證自身的競爭力。 基于市場調(diào)研，論文依據(jù)木塑地板市場的發(fā)展環(huán)境及現(xiàn)狀，采用問卷調(diào)查的方式分析了木塑地板的市場需求，結(jié)合市場供給分析，對我國木塑地板的市場潛力做了研究，通過現(xiàn)狀及政策需求預(yù)測了木塑地板的市場指標(biāo)，應(yīng)用波特的“五力模型”分析了木塑地板市場競爭策略，提出了木塑地板市場的投資策略及投資建議。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards and the enhancement of environmental awareness, people's requirements for surrounding environmental facilities are higher and higher. The wood plastic flooring has conformed to the great trend of energy saving and emission reduction and circular economy in the country, which shows great potential.
Wood flooring has advantages of waterproof, pest control and zero formaldehyde release, can be a good alternative to wood floors and composite floors, it not only save the use of timber, but also on our environment plays a protective role. The results of the study show that, China's wood flooring has great market potential. The survey results showed the potential consumers, concentrated in the age of 18 to 50 years old, and a stable source of income, higher education groups, but residents generally low awareness of the wood floor, only 33.23% of respondents had heard of wood. So to improve the wood flooring market share, one hand thanks to the national policy support, on the other on the one hand to increase research and development of wood and expand sales channels, in the near future, believe that will replace the wood flooring solid wood flooring, decorative materials has become an important Home Furnishing.
Wood market demand is the real estate industry, mainly used in indoor and outdoor decoration materials. According to China's wood supply situation and China's overall economic development needs of the market, investment opportunities in wood flooring market in China. With the influence of good market demand in the next few years rising, the market there will be some price rise. Rising market prices brought good investment opportunities to the development of the industry. In the wood floor market before investment, should choose the appropriate entry mode and technology path, strengthen to develop their own technology, and strengthen brand building, to ensure their own competitiveness.
Based on market research, development environment and status based on the wood floor market, by means of questionnaire analysis of wood flooring market demand, combined with supply market analysis on China's wood flooring market potential to do the research, through the current situation and policy demand forecasting of the market index of wood, the application of Potter's "Five Forces Model" analysis of the wood floor market competition strategy, the investment strategy and investment advice wood floor market.
