【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,人類社會(huì)正在從工業(yè)社會(huì)向信息社會(huì)邁進(jìn),信息化是當(dāng)今世界發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),是推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)變革的重要力量。大力推進(jìn)信息化,是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)全局的戰(zhàn)略措施,是建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的迫切需要和必然選擇。信息化使企業(yè)發(fā)展方式發(fā)生根本轉(zhuǎn)變。充分利用信息技術(shù),我國(guó)企業(yè)的發(fā)展方式正在由主要依靠資本和資源投入向主要依靠科技進(jìn)步和提高勞動(dòng)者素質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)變,企業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量和效益明顯提高。 管理信息系統(tǒng)(Management Information System)就是把信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用到管理領(lǐng)域,其在促進(jìn)企業(yè)管理和決策的科學(xué)化方面所起的作用有目共睹。因?yàn)楣芾硇畔⑾到y(tǒng)軟件中往往蘊(yùn)含著比較先進(jìn)的管理思想,所以管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)提高管理決策水平。通過管理信息系統(tǒng),管理者可以迅速準(zhǔn)確地把握企業(yè)的進(jìn)銷存、財(cái)務(wù)、資金、人力資源等管理狀況,從而更加高效合理地配置企業(yè)的人、財(cái)、物資源。管理信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)內(nèi)通過企業(yè)內(nèi)聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行流程重組,對(duì)外通過企業(yè)外聯(lián)網(wǎng)和國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈管理和電子商務(wù)�？傊�,管理信息系統(tǒng)將提高企業(yè)的效益和效率,從而使企業(yè)獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文在描述S企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀及其應(yīng)用過程中存在的缺陷和不足的基礎(chǔ)上，深入分析了S企業(yè)對(duì)管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求和S企業(yè)優(yōu)化管理信息系統(tǒng)的必要性和可行性，然后提出優(yōu)化S企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的總體目標(biāo)、思路、原則，并針對(duì)S企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)提出了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的方案及實(shí)施步驟。最后對(duì)S企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù)、保障措施與評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了闡述。 本文通過對(duì)S企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐，期望達(dá)到如下目標(biāo)：（1）實(shí)現(xiàn)S企業(yè)軟件信息化與管理自動(dòng)化；（2）實(shí)現(xiàn)S企業(yè)管理過程中數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)獲取、呈現(xiàn)和分析，從而有力的支持企業(yè)管理者的管理和決策；（3）實(shí)現(xiàn)S企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)流程中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，規(guī)范和統(tǒng)一企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)；（4）對(duì)S企業(yè)架構(gòu)的過程能力轉(zhuǎn)變提供科學(xué)的視圖，使管理知識(shí)和過程改進(jìn)工作邁上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階；（5）實(shí)現(xiàn)S企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的無(wú)紙化辦公。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the human society is changing from the industrial society to the information society, information technology is an inevitable trend in the development of the world, is an important force to promote economic and social transformation. The promotion of information technology is a strategic measure for modernization construction of our country, is an urgent need and inevitable choice for the construction of an innovative country. The information the occurrence of a fundamental change in the way of enterprise development. Make full use of information technology, the development of Chinese enterprises is put to rely mainly on scientific and technological progress and improve the quality of workers mainly depend on the change of capital and resources, the quality and efficiency of enterprise growth is obviously improved.
Management information system (Management Information System) is the use of information technology to the field of management, the role of the obvious to people in the scientific promotion of enterprise management and decision-making. Because the management information system software often contains advanced management ideas, so the application of the information management system can promote the enterprises to improve the level of management and decision-making through. The management information system, managers can quickly and accurately grasp the enterprise Invoicing, finance, capital, human resources management, and configuration of enterprises, more efficient and reasonable financial, material resources. Management information system on the intranet through process reengineering, supply chain management and e-commerce by foreign extranet and Internet. In short, the management information system will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of enterprises, so that enterprises gain competitive advantage.
There are some defects in the description of the S based enterprise management information system and its application in the process of the present situation and problems, in-depth analysis of the S of enterprise management information system needs and optimize the management information system of S enterprise's necessity and feasibility, and then puts forward the overall target, optimization of S enterprise management information system of ideas, principles, and the implementation steps and put forward the optimized design scheme for S enterprise management information system. At the end of the S enterprise management information system operation and maintenance, security measures and evaluation are described.
In this paper, through the design and practice of S enterprise management information system, expected to achieve the following objectives: (1) to realize the automation of software and information management in S enterprises; (2) to obtain real time data of S in the process of enterprise management, presentation and analysis, which will effectively support the enterprise management and decision-making; (3) implementation in the production process of the standardization of S enterprises, standardize and develop the strategic goal of unified enterprise; (4) change of S enterprise architecture process capability provides a scientific view, the improvement work to a new level of knowledge management and process; (5) to achieve paperless office S enterprise project management.
