【摘要】:本文的研究主體L集團公司是一家大型鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè),由于近年來我國鋼鐵市場的低迷,鋼鐵行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩,全行業(yè)經(jīng)營效益嚴重下降,導致許多鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)經(jīng)營困難。再加之企業(yè)間的同質化競爭激烈,鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)亟需轉型升級,找尋新的競爭優(yōu)勢。 本文首先通過對我國鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)和鋼鐵供應鏈現(xiàn)狀進行分析,總結得出現(xiàn)存問題。從傳統(tǒng)鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式入手,結合鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析得出目前我國鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)存在的突出問題。接著對國外優(yōu)秀鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式和現(xiàn)狀進行分析,總結得出鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。為了設計出最適合L集團公司的經(jīng)營模式,根據(jù)公司實際情況進行了SWOT分析,并進行了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇和戰(zhàn)略實施可行性分析。本文重點研究內(nèi)容是結合供應鏈管理及供應鏈集成理論,為L集團公司分析并設計鋼鐵供應鏈集成服務模式。結合鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)及鋼鐵供應鏈中存在的問題,提出基于需求“四要素”的集成服務模式框架,并分別對不同需求要素組合下的具體服務形式的內(nèi)容進行分析并設計其運作模式。最后對供應鏈集成服務進行了效益分析,以訂單融資服務為例定性和定量分析了其效益,并全面對各供應鏈集成服務形式進行了分析與比較。 通過分析和研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn),供應鏈集成服務是更先進的服務形式。從客戶需求出發(fā),本文認為供應鏈集成服務是從采購到批發(fā)銷售的全程解決方案,通過整合商流、物流、資金流、信息流完成組織實施。該服務形式一體化程度高,盈利節(jié)點多,客戶穩(wěn)定性高,是值得積極推進的一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營模式。本文所設計的供應鏈集成服務模式還有待實踐探索,希望本文的研究可以對我國轉型中的鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research subject of the L group is a large iron and steel trade enterprises, due to the downturn in China's iron and steel market in recent years, the steel industry overcapacity, the industry profit decline seriously, the operational difficulties caused many steel trade enterprises. Coupled with the inter enterprise homogenization of competition, the steel trade enterprises need to upgrade, to find the new competitive advantage.
This paper on China's iron and steel industry and steel supply chain to analyze the status quo, summarize the existing problems. Starting from the traditional business model of steel trade enterprises, the combination of iron and steel industry status analysis of key problems of China's steel trade enterprises. Then carried on the analysis to the outstanding foreign steel trade enterprise management mode and the status quo, summarize the direction of development of iron and steel trade enterprises. In order to design the most suitable for L group company's business model, according to the actual situation of the SWOT analysis, and has carried on the feasibility analysis of the implementation of development strategy and strategy. The main contents of this thesis is the combination of supply chain management and supply chain integration theory for the analysis and design of L group company the iron and steel supply chain integration service model. Combined with the existing iron and steel industry and steel supply chain problems, put forward the integration requirements of the "four elements" based on The service model, and according to different demand factors under the combination of specific services in the form of content analysis and design of the mode of operation. At the end of the supply chain integration services for the benefit analysis, order financing services for patients with qualitative and quantitative analysis of its benefits, and the overall supply chain integration services in the form of comparison and analysis.
Through the analysis and study show that supply chain integration services is a more advanced form of services. Starting from the customer demand, the supply chain integration service from procurement to the whole wholesale sales solutions, through the integration of business flow, logistics, capital flow, information flow to complete the organization and implementation of the service. The degree of integration form of high profit the client node, high stability, is a kind of sustainable development is to actively promote the business model of integrated supply chain service mode. The design of this practice remains to be explored, I hope this study can turn on China's development of iron and steel trade enterprises in providing certain reference and reference.
