【摘要】:目前,BSW公司是集品牌童鞋研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)制造和線上銷售為主的全供應(yīng)鏈型兒童用品企業(yè)。歷經(jīng)七年的經(jīng)營和發(fā)展,公司規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)張,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不斷完善,經(jīng)營收益也日漸提升。但是,隨著時(shí)間的推移、市場形勢的轉(zhuǎn)變,新的情況不斷出現(xiàn),BSW公司在管理體制上的問題也逐步開始暴露出來,主要表現(xiàn)為:公司崗位體系缺乏合理科學(xué)規(guī)劃,部分專業(yè)技術(shù)及高級管理人才流失,缺乏有效的內(nèi)部激勵(lì)機(jī)制;內(nèi)部薪酬差距跨度大,薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)缺乏公平性,難以發(fā)揮在對外競爭和對內(nèi)激勵(lì)方面應(yīng)有的作用。針對以上問題,結(jié)合薪酬理論和激勵(lì)理論等基礎(chǔ)理論依據(jù),通過文獻(xiàn)參考與案例分析,在科學(xué)界定激勵(lì)體制、薪酬項(xiàng)目及全面薪酬等概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的角度出發(fā),對BSW公司核心人員的薪酬因素認(rèn)可程度進(jìn)行調(diào)查,制定符合該公司戰(zhàn)略需求、內(nèi)在激勵(lì)與外在激勵(lì)相結(jié)合的全面薪酬項(xiàng)目,以此作為全面薪酬戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)用的實(shí)證案例,希望能夠?yàn)橥惼髽I(yè)的薪酬管理實(shí)踐提供有益參考。通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性研究法、比較研究法、調(diào)查研究法以及案例研究法等研究方法對企業(yè)工作滿意度診斷與提升進(jìn)行了研究探討,全文共分六個(gè)部分,第一部分是緒論,從研究背景與意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究結(jié)構(gòu)、研究方法進(jìn)行了簡單陳述;第二部分是全面薪酬相關(guān)理論及研究綜述部分,從全面薪酬的基本內(nèi)涵、員工滿意度理論做了詳細(xì)闡述;第三部分是BSW公司目前情況及問題概述,對BSW公司基本情況、以薪酬項(xiàng)目為例說明滿意度方面所存在的主要問題做了非常詳細(xì)的剖析;第四部分是BSW公司全面薪酬視角的員工滿意度調(diào)查與診斷,主要從診斷方法與流程、調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析、BSW公司薪酬管理問題的主要原因分析。第五部分是BSW公司員工滿意度提升策略與建議部分,從公司核心人員全面薪酬項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、全面建立提升滿意度的配套措施與實(shí)施步驟做了建議;第六部分是結(jié)論與展望,對全文做了簡單的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:At present, BSW Co., Ltd. is a full-supply chain children's products enterprise with brand name, manufacture and online sales. After seven years of operation and development, the company's scale is expanding. With the development of the industry chain and the improvement of the operating income, however, with the passage of time and the change of the market situation, the problems in the management system of BSW Company began to be exposed gradually. The main manifestations are: the lack of reasonable scientific planning of the company's post system, the loss of some professional technology and senior management talents, and the lack of effective internal incentive mechanism; The internal pay gap span is large, the compensation structure lacks fairness, it is difficult to play its due role in the external competition and the internal incentive. In view of the above problems, combining the compensation theory and incentive theory and other basic theoretical basis. Through literature reference and case analysis, on the basis of scientifically defining the concept of incentive system, salary project and total compensation, the author starts from the angle of combining theory with practice. This paper investigates the recognition degree of compensation factors of the core staff of BSW Company, and formulates a comprehensive salary project that meets the strategic needs of the company and combines internal incentives with external incentives. As an empirical case of the application of the overall compensation strategy, I hope to provide a useful reference for the practice of compensation management in the same kind of enterprises. Through literature research, qualitative research, comparative research. The research method of investigation and case study has carried on the research discussion to the enterprise job satisfaction diagnosis and the promotion, the full text altogether divides into six parts, the first part is the introduction, from the research background and the significance, the research content. The structure and method of the research are briefly stated. The second part is the comprehensive compensation related theory and the research summary part, from the comprehensive salary basic connotation, the employee satisfaction theory has made the detailed elaboration; The third part is the BSW company's current situation and the overview of the problems, the basic situation of the BSW company, taking the compensation project as an example to illustrate the main problems of satisfaction made a very detailed analysis; The 4th part is the survey and diagnosis of employee satisfaction from the perspective of total compensation of BSW Company, mainly from the diagnosis method and process, survey data analysis. Analysis of the main causes of BSW compensation management. 5th part is the BSW Company employee satisfaction promotion strategy and recommendations from the core of the company staff overall compensation project design. A comprehensive set of measures and implementation steps to improve the satisfaction degree are suggested. The 6th part is the conclusion and the prospect, has made the simple summary to the full text.
