【摘要】:隨著汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展以及各商業(yè)銀行為爭(zhēng)奪市場(chǎng)份額而展開的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),以信用卡分期為載體的汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,但由于汽車消費(fèi)貸款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性質(zhì)的特殊性,信用體制的不完善,擔(dān)保和保險(xiǎn)制度的不完善,使得汽車消費(fèi)貸款壞賬的不斷上升,阻礙了這一業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。為此,一直以來在汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)中發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好的農(nóng)行龍巖分行也面臨著進(jìn)退兩難的境地,是放松辦貸條件提升業(yè)務(wù)量,還是以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控為主穩(wěn)健的開辦業(yè)務(wù),是該行亟須解決的問題。本文從實(shí)際出發(fā),,通過對(duì)農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的特點(diǎn)和存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入的總結(jié)、分析,探討汽車消費(fèi)信貸問題的發(fā)展對(duì)策,通過設(shè)計(jì)合理的業(yè)務(wù)辦理流程,加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理,提升業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警和處置水平,推動(dòng)汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策和措施。 首先,在前人研究及實(shí)證分析基礎(chǔ)上,由汽車消費(fèi)貸款業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)入手,概括了龍巖市汽車消費(fèi)貸款發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段,進(jìn)而闡述農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展概況和特點(diǎn),分析長(zhǎng)期以來農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費(fèi)貸款快速發(fā)展的原因,主要是專業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)和一站式服務(wù),同時(shí)加強(qiáng)精細(xì)化管理,以防范信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 其次,本研究提出了農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費(fèi)信貸現(xiàn)存問題,主要有:貸款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)明顯偏高、同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈、貸款管理難度加大,并對(duì)這些問題從業(yè)務(wù)方面、信用方面、操作方面三個(gè)因素進(jìn)行剖析。 最后本研究分析了當(dāng)前汽車消費(fèi)貸款業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),提出農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費(fèi)貸款應(yīng)采取的“間客式”發(fā)展模式,并針對(duì)如何加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控提出管理模型的構(gòu)建,提出一些符合實(shí)情、操作性強(qiáng)的對(duì)策建議。本研究認(rèn)為,隨著當(dāng)今汽車經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)也必將快速轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,所以,本研究以龍巖地區(qū)汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題入手,重點(diǎn)探索出一套適用農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費(fèi)貸款業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的機(jī)制,應(yīng)該對(duì)本地區(qū)的汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of automobile industry and the competition of commercial banks to compete for market share, the automobile consumption credit business with credit card as the carrier is developing rapidly. However, because of the particularity of the risk of automobile consumption loan, the imperfect credit system and the imperfect guarantee and insurance system, the bad debt of automobile consumption loan is rising constantly, which hinders the development of this business. Agricultural Bank Longyan Branch, which has been developing in the automobile consumption credit business for a long time, is also faced with a dilemma, that is, to relax the lending conditions to enhance the business volume, or to take risk prevention and control as the main robust business. This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the automobile consumption credit business of Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. This paper discusses the development countermeasures of automobile consumption credit problem, through the design of reasonable business process, strengthen internal management, improve the level of business risk warning and disposal. The countermeasures and measures to promote the development of automobile consumption credit business. First of all, on the basis of previous research and empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the three stages of the development of automobile consumption loan in Longyan City, starting with the connotation and characteristics of automobile consumption loan business. Then it expounds the general situation and characteristics of the automobile consumption credit business of Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, and analyzes the reasons for the rapid development of automobile consumption loan in Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China for a long time, mainly specialized management and one-stop service. At the same time, strengthen the fine management to prevent credit risk. Secondly, this study puts forward the existing problems of automobile consumption credit in Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. The main problems are: the loan risk is obviously high, the competition of the same industry is becoming more and more intense, the difficulty of loan management is increasing, and these problems are from the business aspect. Credit, operational aspects of the analysis of three factors. Finally, this paper analyzes the current development trend of automobile consumption loan business, and puts forward the "inter-customer" development mode that should be adopted in the automobile consumption loan of Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. In view of how to strengthen the risk prevention and control proposed the management model construction, proposed some in line with the reality, the maneuverability strong countermeasure suggestion. This research thinks, along with the present automobile economy development. Automobile consumption credit business will also be rapid transformation and development, so this study starts with the risk of automobile consumption credit business in Longyan area. It is important to explore a suitable mechanism for the development of automobile consumption loan business in Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, which should be of practical significance to the development of auto consumption credit business in this area.
