【摘要】：為合理降低輸電線路工程造價,提高工程投資回報率,以某地區(qū)2008~2013年竣工投產(chǎn)的220kV輸電線路工程為例,引入數(shù)理統(tǒng)計理論和方法,深入揭示總體樣本、高造價水平樣本和低造價水平樣本的造價水平和造價波動狀況,并分析了工程量、價格水平、建場費(fèi)及其他影響因素對造價水平的影響,同時量化了各影響因素的影響程度。結(jié)果表明,線路走廊日益擁擠是導(dǎo)致輸電線路工程造價水平和工程量上漲的主要原因。
[Abstract]:In order to rationally reduce the project cost of transmission line , improve the rate of return of project investment , take the 220 kV transmission line project to be put into operation in a certain area from 2008 to 2013 as an example , introduce the theory and method of mathematical statistics , and deeply reveal the influence of the total sample , the high cost level sample and the low cost level sample on the cost level and the cost fluctuation condition , and analyze the influence degree of the quantities , the price level , the construction field cost and other influencing factors on the cost level , and the result shows that the increasingly crowded line corridor is the main cause of the construction cost level and the rising of the quantity of the power transmission line .
