【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)環(huán)境保護(hù)制度的日益嚴(yán)格,企業(yè)環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)已然成為企業(yè)內(nèi)外各利益相關(guān)者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。企業(yè)存在的最大意義即是取得企業(yè)價(jià)值的最大化。良好的企業(yè)環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)是否對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展具有促進(jìn)作用以及不良環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)是否會(huì)降低企業(yè)價(jià)值是一個(gè)熱門話題。本文以此為背景,展開了對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)與企業(yè)價(jià)值關(guān)系的研究。本文首先總結(jié)和梳理了企業(yè)環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)與企業(yè)價(jià)值關(guān)系的相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),在文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研綜合的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納了企業(yè)環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)對(duì)企業(yè)價(jià)值影響的理論基礎(chǔ)。理論基礎(chǔ)由企業(yè)組織合法性、企業(yè)自然資源理論和積極環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略的組織能力理論三個(gè)部分組成。企業(yè)組織合法性理論從法律角度說明企業(yè)采取環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略的動(dòng)機(jī)是為了企業(yè)能夠合法合規(guī)地進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)并進(jìn)行系列的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)；企業(yè)自然資源理論則是從企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源利用的角度來說明企業(yè)采取環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略獲得優(yōu)秀的環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)會(huì)形成競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì);積極環(huán)境戰(zhàn)略的組織能力理論則是從杰出的企業(yè)環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)可以提高企業(yè)整合利益相關(guān)者的能力、高層次的學(xué)習(xí)能力和持續(xù)的創(chuàng)新能力來闡述。接著,本文以紫金礦業(yè)集團(tuán)股份有限公司為案例分析對(duì)象,將該公司在2006-2013年的環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)綜合指標(biāo)和企業(yè)價(jià)值指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比來分析企業(yè)環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)對(duì)企業(yè)價(jià)值的影響。環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)綜合指標(biāo)是企業(yè)定量環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)信息與定性環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)信息結(jié)合并數(shù)據(jù)化后得出的,企業(yè)價(jià)值指標(biāo)則是選取了托賓Q值、營(yíng)業(yè)毛利率、自由現(xiàn)金流和股利支付率4個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),然后將紫金礦業(yè)的環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)與各個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)趨勢(shì)圖對(duì)比。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：環(huán)境污染事件會(huì)造成企業(yè)主要財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的下降；在企業(yè)進(jìn)行積極整改后,企業(yè)的各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)會(huì)有不同程度的上升,說明良好的環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)有利于企業(yè)價(jià)值的提高。最后根據(jù)前文的研究,對(duì)紫金礦業(yè)提出了相關(guān)的環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)管理建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly strict environmental protection system in China. Enterprise environmental performance has become the focus of the stakeholders inside and outside the enterprise. The greatest significance of the existence of the enterprise is to maximize the value of the enterprise. Good environmental performance of the enterprise has a role in promoting the development of the enterprise. And whether the bad environmental performance will reduce the enterprise value is a hot topic. This paper takes this as the background. The relationship between enterprise environmental performance and enterprise value is studied. Firstly, this paper summarizes and combs the related domestic and foreign literature on the relationship between enterprise environmental performance and enterprise value, and on the basis of comprehensive literature research. The theoretical basis of the impact of enterprise environmental performance on enterprise value is summarized. The theoretical basis is the legitimacy of enterprise organization. The theory of enterprise organization legitimacy explains from the legal angle that the motive of enterprise adopting environmental strategy is for the enterprise to enter legally and legally. Market and carry out a series of production and management activities; The theory of enterprise natural resources is from the perspective of the use of internal and external resources to explain that enterprises adopt environmental strategy to obtain excellent environmental performance will form a competitive advantage. The organization ability theory of positive environment strategy is elaborated from the outstanding enterprise environmental performance can improve the ability of the enterprise to integrate the stakeholders, the high-level learning ability and the continuous innovation ability. This paper takes Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd. as the case study object. The environmental performance index of the company from 2006 to 2013 is compared with the enterprise value index to analyze the impact of the enterprise environmental performance on the enterprise value. The comprehensive environmental performance index is the quantitative environmental performance of the enterprise. The combination of information and qualitative environmental performance information and data. The enterprise value index is to select Tobin Q value, gross operating rate, free cash flow and dividend payment rate four financial indicators. Then the environmental performance of Zijin mining industry is compared with the data trend chart of each financial index. The results show that the environmental pollution event will cause the decrease of the main financial index of the enterprise; After the enterprise carries on the positive rectification, the enterprise each financial index will have the varying degree rise, explains the good environmental performance is advantageous to the enterprise value enhancement. Finally according to the preceding research. To Zijin mining industry put forward the related environmental performance management suggestion.
