【摘要】：沙皇政府在俄國工業(yè)壟斷形成和發(fā)展的過程中一直作為不可或缺的重要力量。19世紀末,沙皇政府在不斷加強干預工業(yè)的趨勢中出現了國家政權同工業(yè)壟斷資本相結合的個別現象;20世紀初到一戰(zhàn)前夕,沙皇政府對工業(yè)壟斷資本所出臺的"支持"和"抑制"并存的經濟政策推動了沙皇政府與壟斷大亨"人事聯(lián)合"的發(fā)展;第一次世界大戰(zhàn)時期,沙皇政府為實現對工業(yè)生產和分配的全面干預創(chuàng)建了戰(zhàn)時國家經濟組織,它們借助壟斷組織和大資產階級組織發(fā)揮作用實現了國家政權與俄國工業(yè)壟斷資本的完全結合。
[Abstract]:The tsarist government has been an indispensable and important force in the formation and development of Russian industrial monopoly at the end of the 19th century. In the trend of continuously strengthening the intervention in industry, the tsar government appeared the individual phenomenon of the combination of state power and industrial monopoly capital. On the eve of the first World War in 20th century, the "support" and "restraint" of the czar government to the industrial monopoly capital promoted the development of the "personnel association" between the tsar government and the monopoly tycoon. During the first World War, the tsar government created wartime state economic organizations to achieve full intervention in industrial production and distribution. With the help of monopoly organizations and big bourgeois organizations, they realized the complete integration of state power and Russian industrial monopoly capital.
