【摘要】：沙皇政府在俄國(guó)工業(yè)壟斷形成和發(fā)展的過程中一直作為不可或缺的重要力量。19世紀(jì)末,沙皇政府在不斷加強(qiáng)干預(yù)工業(yè)的趨勢(shì)中出現(xiàn)了國(guó)家政權(quán)同工業(yè)壟斷資本相結(jié)合的個(gè)別現(xiàn)象;20世紀(jì)初到一戰(zhàn)前夕,沙皇政府對(duì)工業(yè)壟斷資本所出臺(tái)的"支持"和"抑制"并存的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策推動(dòng)了沙皇政府與壟斷大亨"人事聯(lián)合"的發(fā)展;第一次世界大戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,沙皇政府為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和分配的全面干預(yù)創(chuàng)建了戰(zhàn)時(shí)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)組織,它們借助壟斷組織和大資產(chǎn)階級(jí)組織發(fā)揮作用實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)家政權(quán)與俄國(guó)工業(yè)壟斷資本的完全結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:The tsarist government has been an indispensable and important force in the formation and development of Russian industrial monopoly at the end of the 19th century. In the trend of continuously strengthening the intervention in industry, the tsar government appeared the individual phenomenon of the combination of state power and industrial monopoly capital. On the eve of the first World War in 20th century, the "support" and "restraint" of the czar government to the industrial monopoly capital promoted the development of the "personnel association" between the tsar government and the monopoly tycoon. During the first World War, the tsar government created wartime state economic organizations to achieve full intervention in industrial production and distribution. With the help of monopoly organizations and big bourgeois organizations, they realized the complete integration of state power and Russian industrial monopoly capital.
