【摘要】：2008年,美國次貸危機以出人意料速度迅猛席卷全球,成為全球性的金融危機,使世界經濟遭受了20世紀大蕭條以來最為嚴重的挑戰(zhàn)。隨后幾年內,全球正在進入“后金融危機時代”。隨著全球金融體系和生產貿易格局的改變,一場科學技術革命正在如火如茶、來勢兇猛地席卷各個國家。以高新技術為核心的新興產業(yè)正逐漸走上世界經濟舞臺。2009年,中央連續(xù)三次召開關于戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)發(fā)展的座談會,會上重點強調了新興產業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性,高端裝備制造業(yè)作為七大戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)之一,也被列入在內。作為中國制造業(yè)的發(fā)源和發(fā)展基地,遼寧省擁有龐大的制造業(yè)體系和雄厚的產業(yè)基礎,在發(fā)展高端裝備制造業(yè)上具有先天優(yōu)勢,發(fā)展高端裝備制造業(yè)是實現遼寧省產業(yè)結構升級和經濟發(fā)展方式轉變的難得機會。因此,對遼寧省高端裝備制造業(yè)影響因素與對策的研究,是十分必要的。首先,本文通過對文獻的研究,總結了近年來,國內外關于裝備制造業(yè)特別是高端裝備制造業(yè)的研究現狀,對這些研究成果進行總結和評述,并闡述了產業(yè)發(fā)展的基本理論,作為后文的理論基礎。然后,分析了遼寧省高端裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現狀,并對其發(fā)展進行國際以及國內區(qū)域間比較。通過SW0T分析方法,闡述了遼寧省發(fā)展高端裝備制造業(yè)的內部優(yōu)劣勢以及外部面對的機遇及挑戰(zhàn)。接著,本文通過對波特鉆石模型的分析以及對過往文獻的梳理,在生產要素、市場要素、產業(yè)鏈要素、政府政策等四個方面,尋找到了12個影響遼寧省高端裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的指標,初步建立高端裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的模型,然后通過統(tǒng)計年鑒等獲取相關數據,運用主因子分析法對這些數據進行處理,通過分析結果對模型進行驗證和修正,并對得出的結果進行分類、命名。最后,針對上兩章的研究結論,結合遼寧省的實際情況,提出了遼寧省發(fā)展高端裝備制造業(yè)的幾點對策建議。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States swept the globe with unexpected speed and became a global financial crisis, which made the world economy suffer the most serious challenge since the great depression in twentieth Century. In the next few years, the world is entering the "era of the post financial crisis". With the global financial system and the changing pattern of production and trade, a science and technology revolution is in full swing, ferocious across various countries. The new industry, with high and new technology as its core, is gradually taking the stage of the world economy. In 2009, the Central Committee held three rounds of Symposium on the development of strategic emerging industries. At the meeting, the importance of the development of new industries was emphasized, and the high-end equipment manufacturing industry was also included as one of the seven strategic emerging industries. As the origin and development of Chinese manufacturing base, Liaoning province has a large manufacturing system and a strong industrial base, has inherent advantages in the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is a rare opportunity to realize the upgrading of industrial structure in Liaoning province and transforming the pattern of economic development. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the influencing factors and Countermeasures of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province. First, through literature review, the research status of equipment manufacturing industry, especially high-end equipment manufacturing industry in recent years is summarized. The research results are summarized and commented, and the basic theory of industrial development is elaborated as the theoretical basis of later theory. Then, the development status of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province was analyzed, and the international and domestic regional comparison of its development was carried out. Through SW0T analysis, the internal advantages and disadvantages of developing high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing outside are expounded. Then, based on the analysis of Potter's diamond model and review of previous literature, in four aspects of production factors, market factors, industrial chain factors, government policies, to find the 12 Liaoning province influence the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry index, established model of factors influencing the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and then the relevant data obtained by statistical yearbook, using principal factor analysis of these data processing method, through the analysis of the results validate and amend the model, and the results of classification and nomenclature. Finally, according to the research conclusions of the last two chapters, combined with the actual situation of Liaoning Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province.
