【摘要】：原物料質(zhì)量管控是對企業(yè)采購進(jìn)來的原物料、部件和產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)確認(rèn)和查核,即在供應(yīng)商配送原物料、部件或產(chǎn)品時通過抽樣或全檢的方式對品質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢查,并做出判斷該批原物料、部件或產(chǎn)品是接受還是退貨的過程。有關(guān)研究指出,在集成電路制造業(yè)中,對最終產(chǎn)品有直接影響的環(huán)節(jié)包括設(shè)計、來料、制程、儲運(yùn)四大項目,一般來說設(shè)計占25%,來料占50%,制程占20%,儲運(yùn)占1%到5%。集成電路原物料質(zhì)量管控是集成電路制造廠商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制的第一個環(huán)節(jié),具有十分重要的地位,如果把不合格的原物料放到集成電路制程中,會導(dǎo)致制程和最終產(chǎn)品的不合格,造成巨大的損失,這不僅影響最終產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì),還會影響到各種直接和間接的成本。根據(jù)摩爾定律,集成電路微小化發(fā)展成為必然趨勢,高品質(zhì)的集成電路產(chǎn)品對原物料的質(zhì)量依賴更加明顯,原物料的質(zhì)量管控在集成電路制造領(lǐng)域中也顯得尤為重要。XX集成電路制造公司是國內(nèi)具有一定行業(yè)代表性的大型集成電路制造企業(yè),本文希望通過對XX集成電路制造公司在原物料質(zhì)量管控方面現(xiàn)狀的深入剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的不足之處,并運(yùn)用原物料質(zhì)量管控的相關(guān)理論和方法,提出該企業(yè)質(zhì)量管控提升的技術(shù)方法和實(shí)施方案,為集成電路制造行業(yè)其他企業(yè)的原物料質(zhì)量管控提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Quality control of raw materials for enterprises purchase of raw materials, components and the products quality confirmation and assessment, through the sampling or inspection way to inspect the quality of supplier delivery in raw materials, parts or products, and determine the number of raw materials, parts or products to accept or return process. The research points out that in the integrated circuit manufacturing industry, there are four main links that affect the final product, including design, supply, process, storage and transportation. The 25% items are generally designed, 50% of the incoming materials, 20% of the process, and 1% to 5% of storage and transportation. Integrated circuit raw material quality control is the first link of quality control of integrated circuit products manufacturer, has a very important position, if the unqualified raw material in integrated circuit fabrication process, it can make the process and the final product is not qualified, causing huge losses, which not only affect the quality of final products, but also affect the to direct and indirect cost. According to Moore's law, the development of integrated circuits becomes an inevitable trend. The quality of high quality IC products is more dependent on the quality of raw materials. The quality control of raw materials is particularly important in the field of IC manufacturing. XX integrated circuit manufacturing company is a large integrated circuit has a certain industry representative of domestic manufacturing enterprises, this paper hopes that the manufacturing of XX integrated circuit company status of quality control on raw materials of the in-depth analysis, found the shortcomings, related theories and methods and the use of raw material quality control, we propose a method of quality control of the enterprise promotion and implementation of the quality control of raw materials manufacturing industry enterprises to provide a reference for integrated circuit.
