【摘要】：精益作為一種現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理方法,起源于日本豐田公司,其核心是在明確客戶需求價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上,通過定義價(jià)值流并消除各種浪費(fèi),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的流動(dòng)和拉動(dòng)式生產(chǎn);精益也是未來制造業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。近年來,精益已廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車行業(yè),但是對(duì)于以手工裝配為主要生產(chǎn)方式的燈具制造行業(yè),則鮮有可以借鑒的精益推進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。PL公司燈具工廠是燈具制造行業(yè)處于領(lǐng)先地位的企業(yè),同時(shí)也是典型的以手工裝配為主要生產(chǎn)方式的生產(chǎn)企業(yè),在面臨外部壓力和內(nèi)在需求的情況下,于2014年初開始系統(tǒng)的推行精益生產(chǎn)。本文基于PL公司的實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合精益的基本理論,提出了在PL公司燈具工廠推行精益的主要步驟:第一步,燈具工廠的現(xiàn)狀分析和精益前期準(zhǔn)備;然后是精益推進(jìn)的標(biāo)桿企業(yè)參觀;第三步,價(jià)值流分析,提出并實(shí)施針對(duì)性的改善項(xiàng)目;最后是精益的持續(xù)改善和效果評(píng)估。以上述步驟為基本論述框架,本文對(duì)精益方法在燈具工廠的實(shí)施做出了細(xì)致的說明和分析,展示了其在PL公司燈具工廠的實(shí)踐和應(yīng)用并取得成果的過程,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步的對(duì)精益方法在燈具制造行業(yè)的變革過程做出研究和總結(jié),為其他類似的企業(yè)推行精益提供可參考的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Lean as a modern enterprise management method, originated from Toyota Corporation in Japan, its core is based on customer demand value, through the definition of value flow and eliminate all kinds of waste, to achieve flow and pull production; lean manufacturing is the future development direction. Lean technology has been widely used in the automotive industry in recent years, but there is little experience of lean promotion for the lamp manufacturing industry that mainly uses manual assembly as the main mode of production. PL lamps and lanterns factory is a leading enterprise in the lamp manufacturing industry. It is also a typical production enterprise mainly assembled by hand. When facing the external pressure and internal demand, it began to implement lean production in early 2014. In this paper, the actual situation of PL company based on the basic theory of the combination of lean lean, put forward the main steps in PL Lamps Factory: the first step, analysis of the status quo and lean pre factory lamps prepared; and then lean forward business visit; the third step flow analysis value price, proposed and implemented to improve the last is to assess the project; continuous improvement and lean effect. With the above steps as the basic framework, this paper makes a detailed description and analysis of the implementation of lean methods in the lamp factory, demonstrated its PL lamp factory company practice and application process and results, and on this basis, to study and summarize the change process of further lean methods in lamp manufacturing industry and provide the reference basis for other similar enterprises to implement lean.
