【摘要】：隨著國際化市場(chǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,無論是機(jī)遇還是挑戰(zhàn),建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)都面臨著巨大的發(fā)展壓力。經(jīng)過二十多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累,作為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的基本模式,項(xiàng)目管理在我國建設(shè)應(yīng)用過程中取得了很大的進(jìn)步。但在新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和國際環(huán)境中,以前所用到的項(xiàng)目管理模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下項(xiàng)目管理的要求,在這個(gè)時(shí)候知識(shí)管理應(yīng)運(yùn)而生�，F(xiàn)實(shí)當(dāng)中,很多行業(yè)和組織已經(jīng)逐漸把引進(jìn)的知識(shí)管理作為管理的手段之一,得并到廣泛的推廣。因此在新的形勢(shì)下,建設(shè)企業(yè)為了更好地適應(yīng)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,知識(shí)管理可以作為有效的管理手段應(yīng)用到項(xiàng)目管理當(dāng)中去。隨著建設(shè)環(huán)境的不斷改變以及信息科技技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要知識(shí)管理,借以提高建設(shè)企業(yè)的核心競爭力,使整個(gè)行業(yè)健康有序的發(fā)展。本文在研究了許多有關(guān)知識(shí)與知識(shí)管理以及項(xiàng)目管理的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,利用了眾多建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。首先,利用全過程的分析方法對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的全過程進(jìn)行了階段劃分。然后,詳細(xì)闡明項(xiàng)目管理各個(gè)階段中所包含的知識(shí)(現(xiàn)行知識(shí)和隱性知識(shí))以及知識(shí)管理的過程。其次,利用知識(shí)管理的工作原理,對(duì)知識(shí)管理當(dāng)中有關(guān)個(gè)體知識(shí)、項(xiàng)目組知識(shí)、企業(yè)知識(shí)間的相互轉(zhuǎn)移的方式進(jìn)行了探討和分析。最后,針對(duì)我國建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理中的特點(diǎn),為了更好地在項(xiàng)目管理中應(yīng)用知識(shí)管理,所采取的措施包括:建立合理的人員與組織結(jié)構(gòu)、建立知識(shí)管理信息系統(tǒng)、創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型、組織共享型的組織文化、構(gòu)建建設(shè)項(xiàng)目知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用體系。本文通過研究眾多文獻(xiàn)資料和調(diào)查研究創(chuàng)建了項(xiàng)目知識(shí)管理績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用AHP(層次分析法)方法對(duì)各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重結(jié)果進(jìn)行判定。本文選取案例研究對(duì)象是上海地鐵工程局華海公司,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)知識(shí)管理在項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最終的結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了項(xiàng)目知識(shí)管理績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的科學(xué)性,同時(shí)也說明知識(shí)管理在項(xiàng)目管理中的可實(shí)現(xiàn)性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the international market, whether it is an opportunity or a challenge, the construction of the construction project is facing great pressure of development. After more than 20 years of practical experience accumulation, as a basic mode of construction project management, project management has made great progress in the construction and application of our country. But in the new market environment and international environment, the project management mode previously used has been unable to meet the requirements of project management under the new situation. At that time, knowledge management came into being. In reality, many industries and organizations have gradually taken the introduction of knowledge management as one of the means of management, and it has been widely popularized. Therefore, in order to better adapt to the new economic environment, knowledge management can be applied as an effective management tool to project management in the new situation. With the continuous change of construction environment and the rapid development of information technology, the development of enterprises needs knowledge management, so as to improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises and make the whole industry develop healthily and orderly. In this paper, many knowledge and knowledge management and project management literatures have been studied, and many practical experiences of construction projects have been utilized. First, the whole process of the whole process is divided into the whole process of construction project construction. Then, the knowledge (current knowledge and tacit knowledge) and the process of knowledge management are clarified in detail in the various stages of project management. Secondly, based on the working principle of knowledge management, we discuss and analyze the way of knowledge transfer in knowledge management, including individual knowledge, project group knowledge and knowledge transfer. Finally, according to the characteristics of construction project management in our country, in order to better the application of knowledge management in project management, the measures are as follows: to establish reasonable personnel and organizational structure, the establishment of knowledge management information system and create a learning organization, sharing organization culture, construction project knowledge management system and application system. In this paper, through studying many documents and data, we set up a project knowledge management performance evaluation index system, and use AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method to determine the weight results of each index. This paper is a case study of Shanghai Metro Engineering Bureau of China, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the application of knowledge management in project management, the final results verify the scientific knowledge management performance evaluation index system of project, but also shows the realization of knowledge management in project management.
