【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展，“第三利潤源”——物流開始受到越來越多的企業(yè)關(guān)注。而家電行業(yè)在開始重點關(guān)注創(chuàng)造了利潤的正向物流的同時，忽視了同樣能產(chǎn)生巨大經(jīng)濟效益的逆向物流，尤其是在廢舊家電回收再利用方面。一方面，人們的購買能力隨著生活水平的不斷提高開始增強，同時科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展讓人們對家電產(chǎn)品的需求量也不斷增強，在家電的保有量呈現(xiàn)出井噴式增長的同時，，家電產(chǎn)品的壽命周期越來越短，越來越快的更新?lián)Q代速度和大量的家電保有量的結(jié)果就是：家電產(chǎn)品的報廢量不斷增加，產(chǎn)生了大量的廢棄物以及帶來的環(huán)境污染等問題。另一方面，家電企業(yè)要想在越來越激烈的競爭中取得領(lǐng)先，就要在各方面如產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、商品價格、成本控制以及服務(wù)水平上采取有效合理的措施。而對廢舊家電逆向物流實施有效的管理，可以對上面兩方面進行有效的改善，不但可以減少污染保護環(huán)境，而且可以節(jié)約資本，增加企業(yè)責(zé)任感，為我國家電行業(yè)走向綠色、高效、穩(wěn)定和科學(xué)的發(fā)展之路奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本文在基于上述背景的情況下，對我國廢舊家電逆向物流的網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建優(yōu)化進行研究，為我國廢舊家電逆向物流的實施提供了一定的決策依據(jù)。本文首先闡述了逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)方面的理論基礎(chǔ)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的決策框架，然后分析了自營、聯(lián)營和第三方這三種目前常見的運營模式，對這三種模式進行了比較分析。之后分析了目前家電行業(yè)逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在的問題以及進行逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)應(yīng)該做的主要工作，接著采用混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃的方法，建立了廢舊家電逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型；在算法求解方面，考慮到節(jié)省時間和人力，從企業(yè)經(jīng)營運作效率出發(fā)，采用了貪婪算法，最后通過算例編程實現(xiàn)了上述過程，選出了合理的拆解中心等物流節(jié)點以及各節(jié)點之間的運輸量，論文所建立的模型以及求解方法與步驟對于實際的逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建優(yōu)化具有一定的實際意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the "third profit source" - logistics has begun to receive more and more attention. However, the appliance industry began to focus on creating positive logistics while ignoring the reverse logistics that could also produce huge economic benefits, especially in the recycling and reusing of waste household appliances. On the one hand, the purchasing power of the people with the continuous improvement of living standards began to increase, at the same time, the development of science and technology, people's demand for home appliances has been enhanced, showing a growth spurt at the same time in the possession of home appliances, home appliance product life cycle is getting shorter, faster update speed and a lot of the result is that the quantity of household appliances scrap appliances continue to increase, resulting in a large number of waste and environmental pollution and other issues. On the other hand, if household appliances enterprises want to take the lead in the increasingly fierce competition, we must take effective and reasonable measures in all aspects, such as product quality, commodity price, cost control and service level. The implementation of effective management of reverse logistics of waste household appliances, can effectively improve the two aspects above, not only can reduce pollution and protect the environment, but also can save the capital, increase their sense of responsibility, to lay the foundation for China's home appliance industry to green, efficient, stable and scientific development road.
