【摘要】：市場和政策環(huán)境對企業(yè)的發(fā)展至關重要,一旦市場和政策環(huán)境發(fā)生變化,企業(yè)必須及時調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以適應新的市場和政策環(huán)境。受2008年經(jīng)濟危機的影響,國內(nèi)工業(yè)發(fā)展嚴重受阻,這使以工業(yè)企業(yè)為主要銷售對象的煤炭行業(yè)市場發(fā)生了劇烈的變化。2012年國內(nèi)煤炭市場發(fā)生了實質(zhì)性改變,由原來的賣方市場變成現(xiàn)在的買方市場;針對市場環(huán)境的變化,國家政策在穩(wěn)定市場的同時鼓勵煤炭市場進行結構調(diào)整,鼓勵煤炭企業(yè)進行兼并重組。本文首先對煤炭市場外部環(huán)境進行了認真分析和預測;其次以A資源集團為研究對象,應用SWOT分析法分析A資源集團外部環(huán)境中的機會和威脅因素,內(nèi)部條件中的優(yōu)勢和劣勢因素,制定出了A資源集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;最后,從相關角度出發(fā),提出落實發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體措施。本文研究結果對于幫助A資源集團實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,提高集團在市場中的競爭力具有重要意義。同時本論文也可以給國內(nèi)其他煤炭企業(yè)進行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Market and policy environment is very important for the development of enterprises. Once the market and policy environment change, enterprises must adjust their development strategies in time to adapt to the new market and policy environment. Affected by the economic crisis in 2008, the development of domestic industry is seriously hindered, which makes the market of coal industry, which is mainly sold by industrial enterprises, has undergone drastic changes. In 2012, the domestic coal market changed substantially, from the seller's market to the buyer's market now. In view of the change of market environment, the national policy encouraged the coal market to make structural adjustment while stabilizing the market, and encouraged the coal enterprises to merge and restructure. This paper first analyzed and forecast of the coal market external environment; secondly to A resources group as the research object, using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the A resource group in the external environment opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages of the internal conditions, formulate the development strategy of A resource group; finally, starting from the relevant angle and put forward specific measures to implement the development strategy. The results of this study are of great significance to help A resource group achieve strategic transformation and improve the competitiveness of the group in the market. At the same time, this paper can also provide useful reference for other domestic coal enterprises to carry out strategic transformation.
