　　美國國際戰(zhàn)略研究中心是美國具有保守色彩的重要戰(zhàn)略和政策研究機構,素有“強硬路線者之家”和“冷戰(zhàn)智庫”之稱。近年,它加強了對亞太、中國和臺灣地區(qū)的研究,在對外政策方面的主張較前溫和,是對共和黨政府具有重大影響力的思想庫之一。本篇翻譯實踐報告源語文本選自桂林市政府數(shù)字傳播與文化軟實力研究中心與廣西師范大學的合作項目其中的一篇報告-《中國產業(yè)政策制定過程》,作者安耐德（Nathaniel Ahrens）,主要介紹了中國產業(yè)政策制定過程中的參與者、法律體系架構、過程、影響過程和途徑。本翻譯實踐報告包括五個部分:第一章是引言,簡單介紹翻譯項目來源、主要內容和意義以及本實踐報告的結構;第二章是實踐過程,有譯前準備、翻譯過程與翻譯質量控制;第三章簡要說明了“理解、表達、取舍”框架,本報告主要采用該框架兼顧其他相關理論;第四章結合“理解、表達、取舍”框架對翻譯過程展開案例分析;第五章筆者總結了本次翻譯實踐的收獲與不足之處。本翻譯實踐報告反映該權威機構所代表的一些美國人對中國產業(yè)結構發(fā)展所持的態(tài)度,也讓我們從中了解中國產業(yè)政策的優(yōu)點與不足,這對中國制定更適于國內產業(yè)發(fā)展甚至影響世界產業(yè)發(fā)展,帶動世界經(jīng)濟...
