《中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策制定過(guò)程》漢譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告

美國(guó)國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略研究中心是美國(guó)具有保守色彩的重要戰(zhàn)略和政策研究機(jī)構(gòu),素有“強(qiáng)硬路線者之家”和“冷戰(zhàn)智庫(kù)”之稱。近年,它加強(qiáng)了對(duì)亞太、中國(guó)和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的研究,在對(duì)外政策方面的主張較前溫和,是對(duì)共和黨政府具有重大影響力的思想庫(kù)之一。本篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告源語(yǔ)文本選自桂林市政府?dāng)?shù)字傳播與文化軟實(shí)力研究中心與廣西師范大學(xué)的合作項(xiàng)目其中的一篇報(bào)告-《中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策制定過(guò)程》,作者安耐德(Nathaniel Ahrens),主要介紹了中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策制定過(guò)程中的參與者、法律體系架構(gòu)、過(guò)程、影響過(guò)程和途徑。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告包括五個(gè)部分:第一章是引言,簡(jiǎn)單介紹翻譯項(xiàng)目來(lái)源、主要內(nèi)容和意義以及本實(shí)踐報(bào)告的結(jié)構(gòu);第二章是實(shí)踐過(guò)程,有譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過(guò)程與翻譯質(zhì)量控制;第三章簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明了“理解、表達(dá)、取舍”框架,本報(bào)告主要采用該框架兼顧其他相關(guān)理論;第四章結(jié)合“理解、表達(dá)、取舍”框架對(duì)翻譯過(guò)程展開(kāi)案例分析;第五章筆者總結(jié)了本次翻譯實(shí)踐的收獲與不足之處。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告反映該權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)所代表的一些美國(guó)人對(duì)中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展所持的態(tài)度,也讓我們從中了解中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與不足,這對(duì)中國(guó)制定更適于國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展甚至影響世界產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)...
