安徽省茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究

隨著全世界人們生活水平的不斷提高,人們不斷地追求高品質(zhì)生活,人們現(xiàn)在要求的不僅是能吃飽喝足,而是更加傾向于從食品的環(huán)保、健康、營(yíng)養(yǎng)、便利角度做選擇。在食品行業(yè)中飲料的發(fā)展很快,現(xiàn)在的人們更傾向于用飲料行業(yè)的發(fā)展水平來(lái)衡量一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展水平和生活質(zhì)量。因?yàn)椴枞~的自身特性,即其具有的保健、衛(wèi)生、環(huán)保、安全等功效,茶葉被公認(rèn)為是最貼近自然的健康綠色飲料,也因此發(fā)展成為了一個(gè)綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)。在21世紀(jì)的今天,茶葉在國(guó)內(nèi)外都很受歡迎,具有較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?jié)摿?這不僅引起了很多商家的不斷關(guān)注,也引起了大多學(xué)者的高度重視。茶葉起源于中國(guó),因此中國(guó)有著極其豐富的茶葉資源。一直以來(lái),中國(guó)都是茶葉的生產(chǎn)大國(guó)、消費(fèi)大國(guó),也是茶葉的貿(mào)易大國(guó)。作為中國(guó)產(chǎn)茶大省的安徽省,也擁有著極豐富的茶葉資源。安徽是中國(guó)茶葉生產(chǎn)的第七大省,茶葉貿(mào)易的第三大省。同時(shí),安徽茶產(chǎn)業(yè)在解決就業(yè)及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中也有著舉足輕重的作用。安徽茶葉有著悠久的歷史,從唐代開始,就有各種名茶的生產(chǎn),如黃芽、六安茶和天柱茶,目前已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了100多種,共分為四大類:即綠茶、紅茶、黃茶和花茶。作為一種重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)作物,茶產(chǎn)業(yè)在安徽有著很好的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特色。從1998年開...
