【摘要】：基于時間和空間視角分析第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展演變規(guī)律,表明第三產(chǎn)業(yè)演變時間維度上可以分為1978至1997年快速發(fā)展、1998至2006年平穩(wěn)發(fā)展、2007至2009年緩慢發(fā)展、2010至2013年相對平穩(wěn)發(fā)展四個階段�？臻g維度上按產(chǎn)值第三產(chǎn)業(yè)省級區(qū)域可以分為三類,第一類3個省份、第二類10個省份,第三類共有18個省份多為中西部省份,第一類與第三類省份第三產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值差距較大,說明第三產(chǎn)業(yè)空間分布上呈集中態(tài)勢,具體省份上表現(xiàn)為東部沿海省份第三產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展與中西部發(fā)展水平差距拉大。分別選取第一、二、三類中廣東、四川、安徽三個東部、西部、中部省份為例,分析影響第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展因素,結(jié)果表明資本、勞動力、市場、城市化水平、旅游業(yè)對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要影響,資本和市場要素是影響第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最重要因素,三個省份的影響因素各有差異。而相應(yīng)的對策包括:推動本地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及引導(dǎo)資金流入第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時,應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步加快城市化進(jìn)程及注重發(fā)展旅游業(yè),具體省份應(yīng)根據(jù)自身條件而有所側(cè)重。
[Abstract]:The evolution of the tertiary industry is analyzed based on time and space, which indicates that the evolution time dimension of the tertiary industry can be divided into four stages: the rapid development from 1978 to 1997, the smooth development from 1998 to 2006, the slow development from 2007 to 2009, and the relatively stable development from 2010 to 2013. In the space dimension, the provincial level of the third industry of the output value can be divided into three categories: the first three provinces, the second group of 10 provinces, and the third group,18 provinces are the central and western provinces, and the output value of the third industry in the first and third categories is relatively large, It is pointed out that the spatial distribution of the tertiary industry is concentrated, and the specific provinces show the gap between the rapid development of the tertiary industry in the eastern coastal provinces and the development level of the central and western regions. In the first, second and third categories, the three eastern, western and central provinces of Guangdong, Sichuan and Anhui are selected as an example to analyze the factors that affect the development of the tertiary industry. The results show that the capital, the labor force, the market, the urbanization level and the tourism industry have an important influence on the development of the tertiary industry. The factors of capital and market are the most important factors that affect the development of the tertiary industry. The corresponding countermeasures include: to promote the local economic development and to guide the flow of funds into the tertiary industry, to further accelerate the process of urbanization and to pay attention to the development of tourism, and the specific provinces should focus on their own conditions.
