【摘要】：荷蘭雖是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)資源貧乏的國家,但其通過發(fā)展集約農(nóng)業(yè),構(gòu)建高效的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,發(fā)展創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè),建設(shè)有活力的"新農(nóng)村",建立農(nóng)民合作組織和高度發(fā)達(dá)的農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新體系,促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)的深度融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化�；趯�(duì)荷蘭經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),中國在發(fā)展農(nóng)村一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的過程中,應(yīng)該以農(nóng)民利益為主,加大農(nóng)業(yè)科技研發(fā)和推廣投入力度,充分發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)中國農(nóng)村一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)深度融合。同時(shí),政府要做好財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼和法律法規(guī)保障服務(wù),為促進(jìn)農(nóng)村一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)深度融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化"保駕護(hù)航"。
[Abstract]:Although the Netherlands is a country with poor agricultural resources, it builds an efficient agricultural industrial chain, develops creative agriculture and builds a dynamic "new countryside" through the development of intensive agriculture, the construction of an efficient agricultural industrial chain, the development of creative agriculture, and the construction of a dynamic "new countryside." The establishment of farmers' cooperative organization and highly developed agricultural knowledge innovation system has promoted the deep integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries and realized agricultural modernization. Based on the summary of the experience of the Netherlands, in the process of developing the integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, China should focus on the interests of farmers, increase investment in R & D and extension of agricultural science and technology, and give full play to its comparative advantages. We will realize the deep integration of one, two, three industries in rural China. At the same time, the government should do a good job of financial subsidies and laws and regulations to protect services, in order to promote the deep integration of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and realize agricultural modernization.
