【摘要】：加快高校校辦科技產(chǎn)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,提高校辦企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,需要結(jié)合當(dāng)前高校校辦企業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)際。要從鞏固現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理體制改革成果、提升校企領(lǐng)導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和改革意識(shí)、打通科技產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)資源瓶頸、推動(dòng)新型產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、加快科研成果中試產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程、強(qiáng)化企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理建立現(xiàn)代制度等方面進(jìn)行深入研究。
[Abstract]:In order to speed up the supply-side structural reform of university-run science and technology industry and improve the market competitiveness of school-run enterprises, it is necessary to combine the current development reality of university-run enterprises. It is necessary to consolidate the achievements of modern enterprise management system reform, enhance the innovation consciousness and reform consciousness of school and enterprise leaders, solve the bottleneck of upgrading resources of science and technology industry, promote the coordinated development of new industries, and speed up the process of pilot industrialization of scientific research achievements. Strengthen the internal management of enterprises to establish a modern system and other aspects of in-depth research.
