翡翠手鐲價值影響因素與價格關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:作為云南省一大新興的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè),翡翠飾品在珠寶玉石產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)很大比重。盡管目前云南珠寶玉石產(chǎn)業(yè)已初具規(guī)模,呈現(xiàn)良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,但是由于翡翠飾品價值影響因素和復(fù)雜性和價格的不確定性,使得消費(fèi)者對翡翠飾品的質(zhì)量和價格難以進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的判斷,市場上翡翠飾品仍然存在魚龍混雜、價格虛高的現(xiàn)象高,消費(fèi)者難以買到放心的翡翠飾品。翡翠飾品的上述問題嚴(yán)重影響了云南省珠寶玉石行業(yè)以及相關(guān)輻射產(chǎn)業(yè)如旅游業(yè)、金融的發(fā)展。如何改善目前存在的翡翠飾品質(zhì)量等級與價格不相匹配的問題,改進(jìn)云南省翡翠飾品質(zhì)量等級評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),促進(jìn)翡翠飾品行業(yè)規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、透明化發(fā)展,是一個值得探討和研究的課題。本文首先運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型對翡翠飾品價值影響因素之間的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建因素間的層級關(guān)系模型,其次運(yùn)用相關(guān)性分析分析翡翠手鐲價值影響因素與價格的相關(guān)性,找出了翡翠手鐲價格與價值影響因素之間的相關(guān)性大小依次為:總分綜合印象透明度顏色質(zhì)地工藝凈度;最后,通過回歸模型的模擬和預(yù)測,找出翡翠手鐲價格與價值影響因素的回歸模型:擬合度R2最高的兩種回歸模型分別是指數(shù)模型和冪函數(shù)模型,兩者的擬合度R2分別為和0.867和0.903,模型的方程式分別為 :y=3E-12(x1+X2+x3+x4+X5+x6)6.49和y=1154.e0.012(x1+x2+x3+x4+x5+x6);并且,質(zhì)地與透明度之間存在擬合度很高的相關(guān)關(guān)系,他們之間的關(guān)系模型可以用多項(xiàng)式模型y=-0.052x2+7.398x-4.061、線性模型y=4.400x+30.91或者對數(shù)模型y=101.01n(x)-171.7表示,擬合度分別為0.763、0.748和0.727。最后,結(jié)合目前云南省翡翠飾品行業(yè)發(fā)展的問題提出針對性的意見和建議。第一部分首先對云南省翡翠飾品行業(yè)發(fā)展概況進(jìn)行簡要的描述,闡述了本次研究的研究目的、研究的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義以及研究方法。第二部分對目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于奢侈品、珠寶玉石、翡翠飾品的價值與價格的研究現(xiàn)狀和研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和概括,明確了翡翠飾品、珠寶玉石、奢侈品三者從價值屬性的角度存在的隸屬關(guān)系。通過第三部分的相關(guān)理論介紹和梳理,闡述了翡翠飾品的價值構(gòu)成以及價值研究的意義。第四部分從理論的角度,通過文獻(xiàn)研究總結(jié)了翡翠質(zhì)量影響因素相互關(guān)系,并運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型構(gòu)建影響因素之間的層級關(guān)系模型,為后文的實(shí)證研究做好了理論鋪墊。第五部分從數(shù)學(xué)分析的角度對價格與價值影響因素間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析研究,運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究的方法分析各因素與價格的相關(guān)性,并運(yùn)用回歸模型模擬價格與價值影響因素之間的關(guān)系模型。第六部分為意見和建議部分,在理論和實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對目前云南省翡翠飾品行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了針對性的意見和建議。第七部分對本次研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)以及不足進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和概括,并提出研究展望。

It is a topic worthy of discussion and study. In this paper, the relationship between the influencing factors of jadeite jewelry value is analyzed by using the explanatory structure model, and the hierarchical relationship model between the factors is constructed. Secondly, the correlation between the influencing factors of jadeite bracelet value and the price is analyzed by correlation.
