【摘要】：論文介紹了IT故障申報(bào)管理系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目背景、意義和現(xiàn)階段的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,確定了研究?jī)?nèi)容和主要工作。業(yè)務(wù)分析章節(jié),指出了原有業(yè)務(wù)流程存在的不足并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了分析,最后優(yōu)化生成新的業(yè)務(wù)流程；功能分析章節(jié),通過(guò)對(duì)總體用例和子用例的分析、描述,明確了系統(tǒng)功能,給出了總體功能包圖和故障申告管理、故障受理管理、故障診斷管理、故障處置管理、回復(fù)回訪管理、故障查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、系統(tǒng)管理這些子包圖；數(shù)據(jù)分析章節(jié),對(duì)系統(tǒng)每個(gè)功能所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu),最后對(duì)已做的研究與分析工作做了總結(jié),并對(duì)以后的工作做了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the project background, significance, current research and application status of IT fault declaration management system, and determines the research content and main work. The chapter of business analysis points out the shortcomings of the original business process and analyzes it, and finally optimizes and generates the new business process. In the functional analysis chapter, through the analysis and description of the general use case and the sub-use case, the system function is defined, and the overall function package diagram and fault declaration management, fault acceptance management, fault diagnosis management, and fault disposal management are given. Reply back to visit management, fault query statistics, basic data management, system management of these sub-package diagram; In the chapter of data analysis, the data needed to be processed by each function of the system are analyzed, the relation diagram of entity class is given, and the structure of database table is established. Finally, the research and analysis work done are summarized. The future work is prospected.
