【摘要】：供給側(cè)改革是調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),將管理與工作中心一味投資以求產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)大、市場(chǎng)份額擴(kuò)大的需求側(cè)模式向提高生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、改革生產(chǎn)方法的供給側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)移的改革方式。供給側(cè)改革不僅是國(guó)有企業(yè)管理者的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,同時(shí)也應(yīng)該是國(guó)企工會(huì)工作的新重點(diǎn)。從供給側(cè)改革背景下國(guó)企工會(huì)工作面臨的主要問題分析入手,結(jié)合工會(huì)工作特點(diǎn)談?wù)勅绾卧诠┙o側(cè)改革背景下創(chuàng)新工會(huì)工作思路,以供參考。
[Abstract]:The supply-side reform is a way to adjust the economic industrial structure and transfer the supply-side mode of management and work center to the improvement of production technology and the reform of supply-side production methods by blindly investing in the expansion of industry and expanding market share. Supply-side reform is not only a top priority for state-owned enterprise managers, but also a new focus for state-owned trade unions. Starting with the analysis of the main problems faced by the labor union work of state-owned enterprises under the background of supply-side reform, this paper discusses how to innovate the thinking of trade union work under the background of supply-side reform for reference.
