【摘要】：本文從供給、需求及綜合視角研究供給側(cè)改革背景下高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的差異。研究表明供給視角下勞動(dòng)力和技術(shù)要素是影響高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展主要因素,政策及資本要素影響不顯著;需求視角下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和市場(chǎng)要素是影響高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展主要因素;供給與需求綜合視角下勞動(dòng)力因素、市場(chǎng)因素、技術(shù)因素、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平因素、政策因素、資本因素對(duì)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展均有重要影響,且按重要程度排序分別為勞動(dòng)力因素、市場(chǎng)因素、技術(shù)因素、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平因素、政策因素、資本因素。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the differences of factors affecting the development of high-tech industry under the background of supply-side reform are studied from the perspective of supply, demand and synthesis. The research shows that labor force and technological factors are the main factors that influence the development of high-tech industry from the perspective of supply, but the influence of policy and capital factor is not significant. The level of economic development and market factors are the main factors that affect the development of high-tech industry from the perspective of demand. Labor factors, market factors, technological factors, social and economic development level factors, policy factors and capital factors all have important effects on the development of high-tech industries from the perspective of supply and demand. The order of importance is labor factor, market factor, technology factor, social and economic development level factor, policy factor and capital factor.
