我國省域茶產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價及提升研究
[Abstract]:The consumption of tea in the world is increasing year by year. In the face of the good prospect of development, the tea industry in China has obvious resource advantages, but there is still a big gap between the tea industry and the international advanced level in terms of technology, innovation and so on. Tea industry has obvious regional distribution characteristics. The research on the division of tea industry is the basis to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of tea industry in China. Therefore, the study of tea industry competitiveness in provincial areas has important theoretical significance and practical value. This paper is based on the key Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project (13d063) of Hubei Provincial Education Department in 2013. It is also the preliminary research result of the key research project of humanities and social sciences of Hubei Provincial Education Department in 2015 (the evaluation of Hubei tea industry competitiveness and the countermeasures of promoting tea industry). With the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis, this paper focuses on the theme of evaluating and promoting the competitiveness of tea industry in provincial areas of China. First of all, combined with the theory of relevant competitiveness and the characteristics of tea industry, this paper constructs a five-force model and index system for evaluating the competitiveness of tea industry in provincial areas, and selects 15 provinces as samples to evaluate and analyze the competitiveness of tea industry. Four types of tea industry development in our country are put forward, that is, the underdevelopment of downstream industry chain, the mismatch of upstream and downstream development of industry chain, the bad development of whole industry chain and the good development of industry chain. Then, this paper analyzes the stage of tea industry in the province from three aspects of planting, processing and trade, and points out that the development level of tea processing industry in China is different and the influencing factors are various. There are many problems, such as lack of technology, unreasonable scale and so on; Then, by using the structural equation model, this paper puts forward the influencing factors of tea regional brand competitiveness from the perspective of consumers, and divides them into two categories: quality experience and cultural experience, in which the influence path coefficient of cultural experience is slightly higher than that of quality experience; Finally, based on the analysis of the types and stages of tea industry development in China, the paper puts forward the way to enhance the competitiveness of tea industry from the perspective of constraints and comparative advantages.
