【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑鎖定是一個(gè)歷史依賴過(guò)程,報(bào)酬遞增效應(yīng)和自增強(qiáng)機(jī)制均會(huì)使技術(shù)發(fā)展鎖定于難以改變和事先預(yù)測(cè)的次優(yōu)方案的固定軌跡中。本研究擬用路徑依賴演化經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法研究路徑鎖定和新路徑創(chuàng)造問(wèn)題,探討了從發(fā)明轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閯?chuàng)新,并建立新的經(jīng)濟(jì)路徑的過(guò)程。文章系統(tǒng)研究了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新路徑鎖定機(jī)理、鎖定效應(yīng)以及解鎖模式,從技術(shù)生態(tài)位和技術(shù)多元化、利益相關(guān)者、規(guī)制、消費(fèi)者偏好和學(xué)習(xí)成本等提出實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新解鎖的途徑。本研究對(duì)認(rèn)識(shí)路徑鎖定消極影響、路徑鎖定突破和戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)新技術(shù)路徑創(chuàng)造具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The path locking of technological innovation is a historical dependent process. Both the incremental return effect and the self-enhancement mechanism will lock the technological development into the fixed track of the suboptimal scheme which is difficult to change and predict in advance. In this study, path locking and new path creation are studied with the approach of path dependent evolutionary economics, and the process of transition from invention to innovation and establishment of new economic path is discussed. This paper systematically studies the mechanism of technological innovation path locking, locking effect and unlocking mode, and puts forward the ways to unlock technology innovation from technology niche and technology diversification, stakeholders, regulation, consumer preference and learning cost. This study is of great significance to the understanding of the negative impact of path locking, the breakthrough of path locking and the creation of new technology path for strategic emerging industries.
