【摘要】：水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)是國家糧食安全的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),湖南是全國最大的水稻生產(chǎn)區(qū)之一,水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)是湖南最重要的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)；因此,促進湖南水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展既有利于增進國家糧食安全,同時也有利于湖南經(jīng)濟又好又快發(fā)展。論文主要運用產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟理論與技術(shù),采用實證與規(guī)范相結(jié)合的分析方法,首先分析了湖南水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢與劣勢及其機遇,事實上,湖南作為糧食大省雖然具有加速水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)條件、自然稟賦條件和傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場條件,但同時也面臨著環(huán)境污染、市場品牌度不高、種植規(guī)模偏小等不利因素或挑戰(zhàn)。然后,重點分析了湖南水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)在研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、加工、流通等四個方面存在的問題。最后,借鑒國內(nèi)外水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗,提出了改善水稻生產(chǎn)條件,提高水稻生產(chǎn)利潤；優(yōu)化水稻加工條件,提高水稻附加值；構(gòu)建完善的水稻流通體系,保障市場通暢；建立健全水稻產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)與質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系等建議。
[Abstract]:Rice industry is the pillar industry of national food security, Hunan is one of the largest rice production areas in China, and rice industry is the most important basic industry in Hunan. Therefore, to promote the development of Hunan rice industry is not only conducive to promoting national food security, but also conducive to Hunan economy sound and rapid development. This paper mainly uses the theory and technology of industrial economy, adopts the analysis method of combination of demonstration and norm, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Hunan rice industry development and the opportunity, in fact, Hunan, as a large grain province, has the technical conditions, natural endowment conditions and traditional agricultural products market conditions to accelerate the development of rice industry, but at the same time, it also faces environmental pollution, and the market brand is not high. Small scale of planting or other adverse factors or challenges. Then, the paper analyzes the problems in R & D, production, processing and circulation of Hunan rice industry. Finally, using the experience of the development of rice industry at home and abroad for reference, the paper proposes to improve the production conditions of rice, to increase the profit of rice production, to optimize the conditions of rice processing, to increase the added value of rice, to construct a perfect circulation system of rice, and to ensure the smooth market. Establish and perfect rice industry service and quality supervision system and so on.
