【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展和壯大,在給區(qū)域帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時,也不斷提高專業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展水平,為我們的科技提升進(jìn)一步助力。在產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)飛速發(fā)展的同時,在其發(fā)展過程中引發(fā)的一系列社會問題也越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展必然會影響到其周邊的居民生活,有正向積極的也有負(fù)向消極的,多種因素的共同影響一旦不守控制,就會引起區(qū)域內(nèi)的社會風(fēng)險,導(dǎo)致社會動蕩,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展受到影響。因此,對產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的社會風(fēng)險進(jìn)行研究具有重要的理論參考意義和現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)作用。本文通過對大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究,并以此為基礎(chǔ),首先闡述了社會風(fēng)險理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)以及研究過程中用到的分析方法,然后分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)社會風(fēng)險的形成原因、影響因素以及各因素的表現(xiàn)和特征,通過理論結(jié)合實際全面綜合分析確定了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)社會風(fēng)險的三大一級指標(biāo):內(nèi)生風(fēng)險、外生風(fēng)險和復(fù)合風(fēng)險,六個二級指標(biāo):結(jié)構(gòu)性風(fēng)險指標(biāo)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)性風(fēng)險指標(biāo)、生態(tài)性風(fēng)險指標(biāo)、周期性風(fēng)險指標(biāo)、政治性風(fēng)險指標(biāo)、自然風(fēng)險指標(biāo)以及細(xì)化分解的16項具體指標(biāo),在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用層次分析法得出了各項指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,并結(jié)合模糊綜合評價法構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)社會風(fēng)險評價體系。通過對焦作市產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的調(diào)研,得到具體各項指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證研究,分析了焦作市產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的社會風(fēng)險情況,并對焦作市產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)如何化解和規(guī)避社會風(fēng)險提出了一點建議和對策。最后對全文做出總結(jié),并提出產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)社會風(fēng)險評價體系中存在的不足之處和今后研究方向的參考。
[Abstract]:The development and expansion of the industrial agglomeration area not only bring economic benefits to the region, but also continuously improve the level of development of professional technology, and further help our scientific and technological upgrading. With the rapid development of industrial agglomeration area, people pay more and more attention to a series of social problems. The development of industrial agglomeration areas will inevitably affect the residents' lives around them. There are positive, positive and negative ones. Once the joint influence of various factors is out of control, it will lead to social risks in the region and lead to social unrest. Then the development of the industry was affected. Therefore, the study on the social risk of industrial agglomeration area has important theoretical reference significance and practical guidance. Based on the study of a large number of related documents, this paper first expounds the theory of social risk, the relevant theoretical basis of industrial agglomeration area and the analytical methods used in the research process. Then it analyzes the forming reason of social risk in industrial agglomeration area, the influencing factors, the performance and characteristics of each factor, and determines the three primary indexes of social risk of industrial agglomeration area by the comprehensive analysis of theory and practice: endogenous risk. Exogenous risk and compound risk, six secondary indicators: structural risk index, network risk index, ecological risk index, periodic risk index, political risk index, natural risk index and 16 specific indexes of detailed decomposition. On this basis, the weight of each index is obtained by AHP, and the social risk evaluation system of industrial agglomeration area is constructed with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the investigation of the industrial agglomeration area in Jiaozuo City, the paper obtains the data of the specific indicators to carry on the empirical research, and analyzes the social risk situation of the industrial agglomeration area in the Jiaozuo City. And put forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to resolve and avoid social risks in Jiaozuo industrial agglomeration area. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper, and puts forward the shortcomings of the social risk assessment system in the industrial agglomeration area and the reference of the future research direction.
