【摘要】：在"未富先病"以及"健康中國"的背景下,文章從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),通過使用世界銀行數(shù)據(jù)庫和佩恩表1995-2011年百余個國家的面板數(shù)據(jù),研究了健康投資行業(yè)的發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,以期為當下中國轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的時代訴求提供參考。研究結(jié)果顯示:首先,發(fā)展健康投資行業(yè)有助于增加服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)人口比重,并且私人健康投資對增加服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)人口比重的影響系數(shù)大于公共健康投資;其次,相對于公共健康投資,私人健康投資對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值的擠出效應(yīng)更有限;第三,發(fā)展健康服務(wù)業(yè),尤其是公共健康事業(yè)將加快經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型速度。綜上所述,發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)對推進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型具有積極意義,但如何在政策效果和可能的阻力之間進行權(quán)衡還需要政策制定者的慎重考慮。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "not being rich first" and "healthy China", this paper starts from the industrial structure, through the use of the World Bank database and Payne table 1995-2011 more than 100 countries panel data, This paper studies the influence of the development of health investment industry on the economic structure in order to provide a reference for the times of China's transition economic structure. The results show that: firstly, the development of health investment industry helps to increase the proportion of service employment population, and the impact coefficient of private health investment on increasing the proportion of service sector employment population is greater than that of public health investment; Secondly, compared with public health investment, private health investment has a more limited effect on the added value of secondary industry. Third, the development of health service industry, especially public health enterprise, will speed up the economic restructuring. To sum up, the development of health industry has a positive significance in promoting the transformation of industrial structure, but how to balance the policy effect and possible resistance still needs the careful consideration of policy makers.
