【摘要】："十三五"時(shí)期是全面建成小康社會(huì)的決勝階段,將為提升人民生活品質(zhì)、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)開辟新的空間,生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)為環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了前所未有的大好機(jī)遇。文章對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為在《"十三五"生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)規(guī)劃》等政策驅(qū)動(dòng)下,環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)將迎來(lái)資本模式、發(fā)展業(yè)態(tài)、動(dòng)力渠道等十個(gè)方面的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The 13th Five-Year Plan period is the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, which will open up a new space for improving the quality of life of the people and promoting the economic transformation and upgrading.
