產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究正發(fā)展成為當(dāng)今技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)問題,也是我國建設(shè)新型創(chuàng)新國家提高自主創(chuàng)新能力的重要發(fā)展內(nèi)容。但是,產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)低的現(xiàn)狀仍然是無法扭轉(zhuǎn)的事實(shí)。隨著創(chuàng)新環(huán)境的日益復(fù)雜化以及對(duì)創(chuàng)新速度要求也越來越高,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)的主要影響因素是本文的研究對(duì)象。 本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的研究評(píng)述,對(duì)已有的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行比較、分析和升華,創(chuàng)新性地將空間協(xié)同納入產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中,提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的定義,進(jìn)而提出了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)的定義。由于產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部技術(shù)、人才、知識(shí)、信息等創(chuàng)新要素整合產(chǎn)生產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟資源要素協(xié)同效應(yīng);創(chuàng)新主體通過協(xié)同整合產(chǎn)生產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新主體協(xié)同效應(yīng);創(chuàng)新主體在合理配置技術(shù)、資金、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、人力資源等創(chuàng)新資源要素選擇不同的方式產(chǎn)生方式協(xié)同效應(yīng);主體協(xié)同維度通過要素共享和節(jié)點(diǎn)引致與資源要素協(xié)同維度進(jìn)行協(xié)同、主體協(xié)同維度中主體間通過選擇不同的協(xié)同方式與方式協(xié)同維度進(jìn)行協(xié)同、資源要素協(xié)同維度依照自身創(chuàng)新要素流通與方式協(xié)同維度進(jìn)行協(xié)同,三個(gè)維度相互協(xié)同耦合產(chǎn)生維度間協(xié)同即空間協(xié)同效應(yīng)。資源要素協(xié)同效應(yīng)、主體協(xié)同效應(yīng)、方式協(xié)同效應(yīng)和空間協(xié)同效應(yīng)這四種效應(yīng)組成了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新協(xié)同效應(yīng)。并由此理論構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生機(jī)理模型。采用了實(shí)證研究方法,收集參與產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)、中介機(jī)構(gòu)等主體的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用主成分分析方法,,得出組成產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)的因子有:創(chuàng)新流動(dòng)要素、創(chuàng)新功能要素、創(chuàng)新軟件要素、創(chuàng)新合作要素、技術(shù)協(xié)同要素和維度間協(xié)同要素。通過回歸分析得出以上六個(gè)因子對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)構(gòu)成的重要程度。 根據(jù)實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果在傳統(tǒng)建議的基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)新性提出維度間協(xié)同的重要性,增加在資源要素協(xié)同、主體協(xié)同、方式協(xié)同三方面之間匹配性的建議。對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟開展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,進(jìn)而提高產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The research on collaborative innovation of industrial innovation alliance is becoming a key issue in the theory of technological innovation nowadays, and it is also an important development content of building a new innovation country in China to improve the ability of independent innovation. However, the current situation of low synergy innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance is still an irrevocable fact. With the increasing complexity of innovation environment and the increasing requirement of innovation speed, it is urgent to improve the industrial innovation alliance and innovation effect. The main influencing factors of the synergistic innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance are the object of this paper. In this paper, the connotation of collaborative innovation is compared, analyzed and sublimated, and the spatial synergy is brought into the collaborative innovation of industrial innovation alliance innovatively by reviewing the related research results at home and abroad. The definition of cooperative innovation of industrial innovation alliance and the definition of cooperative innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance are put forward. As a result of the integration of technology, talents, knowledge, information and other innovative elements within the industrial innovation alliance, the synergy effect of the resource elements of the industrial innovation alliance is generated, and the main body of innovation produces the synergy effect of the industry innovation alliance through the collaborative integration. The main body of innovation in the rational allocation of technology, funds, infrastructure, human resources and other elements of innovative resources to choose different ways to produce synergy; The principal coordination dimension cooperates with the resource element coordination dimension through the element sharing and node-induced collaboration. In the principal coordination dimension, different coordination modes and modes are selected to coordinate the dimension. The collaborative dimension of resource elements is based on the circulation of its own innovative elements and the collaborative dimension of mode, and the three dimensions are cooperatively coupled with each other to produce the synergy between dimensions, that is, spatial synergy. The four effects of resource element synergy, agent synergy, mode synergy and spatial synergy constitute the synergistic effect of industrial innovation alliance. Based on this theory, the mechanism model of synergistic innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance is established. The empirical research method is used to collect the relevant data of the enterprises, research institutions, intermediary organizations and so on, and the principal component analysis (PCA) method is used. It is concluded that the factors that make up the synergistic innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance are: innovation flow factor, innovation function factor, innovation software element, innovation cooperation factor, technology synergy factor and inter-dimension synergy factor. Through regression analysis, the importance of the above six factors to the cooperative innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance is obtained. Based on the results of empirical analysis, the importance of dimensionality coordination is innovatively put forward on the basis of traditional suggestions, and the matching suggestions among resource element coordination, agent coordination and mode coordination are increased. It has important guiding significance for industrial innovation alliance to carry out collaborative innovation activities, and then improve the synergy innovation effect of industrial innovation alliance.
