【摘要】：基于演化和制度經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué),構(gòu)建了區(qū)位機(jī)會窗口、金融機(jī)構(gòu)衍生、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分叉、制度厚度"四位一體"的分析框架,以鄭州為案例,以鄭東新區(qū)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)為對象,通過問卷調(diào)查和深度訪談,研究了中國內(nèi)陸區(qū)域中心城市金融產(chǎn)業(yè)在特定空間的集聚過程與演化機(jī)理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在金融產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚起步階段,鄭東新區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)為金融業(yè)發(fā)展打開了區(qū)位機(jī)會窗口;在快速發(fā)展階段,金融機(jī)構(gòu)衍生是金融業(yè)集聚和集群化發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)生動力;在全面提升階段,區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)分叉是金融業(yè)態(tài)創(chuàng)新和高端要素集聚的主導(dǎo)力量;在鄭東新區(qū)金融業(yè)集聚演化的全過程中,持續(xù)改進(jìn)的政府支持與制度安排使制度厚度不斷加厚,自增強(qiáng)機(jī)制使制度空間的粘性作用不斷增強(qiáng)。與制造業(yè)的企業(yè)衍生、產(chǎn)業(yè)分叉過程不同,金融業(yè)集聚演化缺乏從大學(xué)實驗室、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、已有產(chǎn)業(yè)衍生和分叉出以技術(shù)為紐帶的相關(guān)企業(yè)的實踐,但對制度空間的粘性作用有更強(qiáng)的依賴。
[Abstract]:Based on evolution and institutional economic geography, this paper constructs an analytical framework of regional opportunity window, financial institution derivation, regional industrial bifurcation and institutional thickness, taking Zhengzhou as an example and Zheng Dong's new financial industry agglomeration area as its object. Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, the paper studies the agglomeration process and evolution mechanism of financial industry in special space in the central cities of inland China. It is found that in the initial stage of financial industry agglomeration, the development and construction of Zheng Dong's new area has opened a regional opportunity window for the development of financial industry, and in the rapid development stage, financial institution derivation is an important endogenous motive force for the agglomeration and cluster development of financial industry. In the overall upgrading stage, regional industrial bifurcation is the leading force of financial innovation and high-end factor agglomeration; in the whole process of financial agglomeration and evolution of Zheng Dong New area, continuous improvement of government support and institutional arrangements make the institutional thickness thicker, The mechanism of self-enhancement makes the viscous effect of institutional space increasing. Different from the process of enterprise derivative and industry bifurcation of manufacturing industry, the agglomeration and evolution of financial industry is lack of practice from university laboratories, scientific research institutions, existing industries derived and branched out related enterprises with technology as the link. However, there is a stronger dependence on the viscosity of institutional space.
