【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的深入研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)無(wú)論是國(guó)際還是國(guó)內(nèi)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),都表明產(chǎn)業(yè)集群能夠促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。城鎮(zhèn)化的過(guò)程是產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集的過(guò)程,也是人口就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的重要支撐,而城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展反過(guò)來(lái)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與整合,從而為自身的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和城鎮(zhèn)化存在著密切的關(guān)聯(lián)性,兩者是互相依存、共同發(fā)展的。關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化之間關(guān)系的研究已經(jīng)有不少,但是測(cè)量二者之間協(xié)調(diào)度的文獻(xiàn)卻不多,而且現(xiàn)有的研究成果選取的指標(biāo)數(shù)量比較少,為了使研究更加科學(xué),本文在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,選取的指標(biāo)達(dá)22個(gè)。本文采用協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展模型結(jié)合主成分分析方法來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展情況,選取石家莊市為研究對(duì)象,利用2007—2013年間的數(shù)據(jù),來(lái)研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,石家莊市產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化由不協(xié)調(diào)逐漸走向基本不協(xié)調(diào),在2012年城鎮(zhèn)化的綜合發(fā)展水平值逐漸高于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,說(shuō)明產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展比較緩慢,難以帶動(dòng)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,但是,從動(dòng)態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)度看,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化的協(xié)調(diào)度雖然在2009年有所降低,但總體上還是處在發(fā)展的軌跡上。因此,要促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,需要改革城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);發(fā)揮城鎮(zhèn)優(yōu)勢(shì);通過(guò)調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集群水平;創(chuàng)造有利于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的環(huán)境;加快技術(shù)進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:With the in-depth study of industrial clusters in China, it is found that both international and domestic development experience shows that industrial clusters can promote economic development. The process of urbanization is the process of industrial agglomeration and the transformation of population employment structure. Industrial cluster is an important support for the development of urbanization, and the development of urbanization, in turn, promotes industrial agglomeration and integration, thus creating conditions for its further development. Industrial clusters and urbanization are closely related, they are interdependent and common development. There have been many studies on the relationship between industrial clusters and urbanization, but there are not many documents to measure the degree of coordination between the two, and the number of indicators selected by the existing research results is relatively small, in order to make the research more scientific, On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, this paper selects 22 indexes by questionnaire. In this paper, the coordinated development model combined with principal component analysis (PCA) is used to evaluate the coordinated development between industrial clusters and urbanization. Shijiazhuang City is selected as the research object and the data from 2007 to 2013 are used. To study the coordinated development between industrial clusters and urbanization. The data analysis shows that the industrial cluster and urbanization in Shijiazhuang gradually changed from disharmony to basic disharmony, and the comprehensive development level of urbanization was gradually higher than that of industrial cluster in 2012, which indicates that the development of industrial cluster is slow. It is difficult to promote the development of urbanization, but the coordination degree between industrial cluster and urbanization is lower in 2009, but it is still on the track of development. Therefore, in order to promote the coordinated development of industrial clusters and urbanization, it is necessary to reform the construction of urban infrastructure, give play to the advantages of cities and towns, and improve the level of industrial clusters by adjusting the industrial structure. We will create an environment conducive to the coordinated development of industrial clusters and urbanization, and speed up technological progress.
