【摘要】：經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展提高了居民收入水平,促使居民消費結構發(fā)生根本變化,休閑消費所占比重逐年上升,為旅游業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好時機。海南省旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展,對海南省經(jīng)濟貢獻不斷增大,成為海南省經(jīng)濟增長的主要驅(qū)動力之一。文章分析海南省旅游資源以及旅游業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,探討"十三五"期間海南省發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的有利條件,提出"十三五"期間海南省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對策:整頓規(guī)范旅游市場秩序;優(yōu)化和調(diào)整旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構,由粗放型向集約型轉變;加大旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)力度,提升旅游景區(qū)的環(huán)境質(zhì)量和服務質(zhì)量;強化市場意識,調(diào)整住宿結構,優(yōu)化旅行社服務;積極引導旅游投資,實現(xiàn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、整體推進;加大政策扶持力度。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy has raised the level of residents' income, promoted the fundamental change of the consumption structure of residents, and the proportion of leisure consumption has increased year by year, which has created a good opportunity for the development of tourism. The rapid development of tourism industry in Hainan Province has made a growing contribution to Hainan's economy and has become one of the main driving forces of Hainan's economic growth. This paper analyzes the tourism resources and the present situation of tourism development in Hainan Province, probes into the favorable conditions for the development of tourism in Hainan Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of tourism industry in Hainan Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period: rectifying and regulating the order of tourism market; To optimize and adjust the structure of tourism industry, from extensive to intensive, to increase the development of tourism products, to enhance the environmental quality and service quality of tourist attractions, to strengthen market awareness, to adjust the structure of accommodation, and to optimize travel agency services; Actively guide tourism investment, achieve coordinated development of tourism industry, promote overall; increase policy support.
