一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合視角下發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)

【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是全面建成小康社會、實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的基礎。在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展步入新常態(tài)的背景下,積極調整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結構,加速推動一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合,對現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有積極意義。農(nóng)業(yè)一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合突破了傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的方式,采用先進技術,拓寬農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展范圍,延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,積極參與市場競爭,促進農(nóng)業(yè)供給側結構的改革,實現(xiàn)由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉變,為未來農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供動力�，F(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)要求具備產(chǎn)業(yè)融合性質,通過與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的交叉滲透融合,逐步實現(xiàn)"接二連三"。以一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的模式推進我國現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,要從國情出發(fā)探索建設現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的道路,制定和實施切實有效的農(nóng)業(yè)支持和保護的政策,注重農(nóng)業(yè)主體的培育,借鑒國外產(chǎn)業(yè)融合下發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing modernization. Under the background of our country's economic development stepping into the new normal, it is of great significance for the development of modern agriculture to adjust the agricultural industrial structure actively and accelerate the integration of the first, second and third industries. The integration of agricultural, secondary and tertiary industries has broken through the way of traditional agricultural development, adopted advanced technology, broadened the scope of agricultural development, extended the industrial chain, actively participated in market competition, and promoted the reform of the supply-side structure of agriculture. The transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture will provide impetus for the future development of rural economy. Modern agriculture requires the nature of industrial convergence, through the cross-penetration and integration with other industries, gradually realize "one after another." In order to promote the development of modern agriculture in China with the mode of integration of the first, second and third industries, we should explore the road of building modern agriculture, formulate and implement effective policies to support and protect agriculture, and lay stress on the cultivation of agricultural subjects. Draw lessons from the experience of developing modern agriculture under the integration of foreign industries.
