日本投資下的東盟汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力研究

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢,世界各國之間的聯(lián)系日益密切,全球競爭的格局也開始發(fā)生變化。由于經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的日益加快,各國政府開始意識到一個國家或地區(qū)的國際競爭力與該國或該地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力是密不可分的,產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力已經(jīng)成為國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素。東盟汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與日本投資的關(guān)系非常緊密。20世紀(jì)60年代日本汽車企業(yè)開始進(jìn)入東盟市場,隨著各國政府的政策與市場規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,汽車制造技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移到當(dāng)?shù)?支持了東盟汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,日本汽車企業(yè)在東盟市場份額非常高,除了國民車的份額占60%左右的馬來西亞以外,在泰國和印度尼西亞各占80-90%。2013年泰國的全年生產(chǎn)量為245萬輛,為世界第9位,銷量為133萬輛以及出口量為112萬輛,在東盟之中最多,被稱為“東南亞的底特律”。2013年印度尼西亞汽車生產(chǎn)量為120萬輛,國內(nèi)銷量為123萬輛,2010年以后,印尼汽車市場每年刷新了歷史最高記錄。因此,研究基于日本投資的東盟汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力十分必要,具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。本文運用貿(mào)易競爭優(yōu)勢指數(shù)、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)以及恒定市場份額模型對泰國與印度尼西亞汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行研究,并利用波特的國際競爭優(yōu)勢理論的鉆石模型分析了泰國與印尼汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的影響因素,提出了提升泰國與印尼汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的政策建議。研究結(jié)果表明,泰國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)具備較強(qiáng)的競爭力,而印尼并不具備競爭力。泰國政府積極引進(jìn)以日本為主外資企業(yè)的投資,形成了良好的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚。印尼汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)以泰國為榜樣,需要加強(qiáng)人力資源、生產(chǎn)要素以及政府政策方面的建設(shè)。此外,本文研究表明,日本汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資對東盟汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展做出了很大貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the trend of economic globalization, the relationship between countries in the world is becoming closer and closer, and the pattern of global competition is beginning to change. As the process of economic globalization accelerates day by day, governments begin to realize that the international competitiveness of a country or region is inextricably linked to the industrial competitiveness of that country or region. Industrial competitiveness has become an important factor of national or regional economic development. The development of ASEAN automobile industry is closely related to Japanese investment. In the 1960s, Japanese automobile enterprises began to enter the ASEAN market. With the expansion of government policies and market scale, automobile manufacturing technology was transferred to local areas. Supported the development of ASEAN auto industry. Therefore, Japanese auto companies have a very high market share in ASEAN. In addition to Malaysia, where the share of national cars is about 60 percent, Thailand produced 2.45 million cars in each of Thailand and Indonesia in 80-90.2013, ranking ninth in the world. With sales of 1.33 million vehicles and exports of 1.12 million vehicles, the largest in ASEAN is known as "Detroit in Southeast Asia." Indonesia produced 1.2 million cars in 2013 and sold 1.23 million domestically, after 2010. Indonesia's auto market has set a record high every year. Therefore, it is necessary to study the competitiveness of ASEAN automobile industry based on Japanese investment. This paper studies the competitiveness of the automobile industry in Thailand and Indonesia by using the trade competitive advantage index, the indicative comparative advantage index and the constant market share model. Using the diamond model of Porter's theory of international competitive advantage, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the competitiveness of automobile industry in Thailand and Indonesia, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to enhance the competitiveness of automobile industry in Thailand and Indonesia. The results show that Thailand automobile industry has strong competitiveness, while Indonesia is not competitive. The Thai government has actively introduced foreign-funded enterprises mainly from Japan to form a good automobile industry agglomeration. Indonesia's auto industry, following the example of Thailand, needs to strengthen its human resources, production factors and government policies. In addition, the research shows that the investment of Japanese auto industry has made a great contribution to the development of ASEAN auto industry.
