山西省新型城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的互動(dòng)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)能通過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移等途徑影響城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,而城鎮(zhèn)化又可以通過(guò)刺激消費(fèi)需求、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等途徑實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。因此研究城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)具有十分重要的意義。而山西省當(dāng)前處于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵階段,山西省過(guò)度依賴煤炭、化工、冶金的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,不能使經(jīng)濟(jì)健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展;而今在產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的大背景下,更是暴露了山西省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的問(wèn)題,因而需要調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。雖然城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展密切相關(guān),但是過(guò)去城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)過(guò)程中忽略了人口、環(huán)境、社會(huì)發(fā)展等方面的協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展,一味地追求城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高,因而在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)了許多的問(wèn)題,因此需要從新型城鎮(zhèn)化的角度研究城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)互動(dòng)發(fā)展,從而有利于新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)和實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。首先,本文以新型城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)互動(dòng)發(fā)展為立足點(diǎn),通過(guò)明確新型城鎮(zhèn)化的概念,分析了新型城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)互動(dòng)發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理,以為本文的實(shí)證分析提供理論依據(jù)。其次,本文對(duì)山西省2002-2014年之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,并且與全國(guó)水平進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析;同時(shí)選取山西省11個(gè)地級(jí)市2002年-2014年的數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)從經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化、社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)化、環(huán)境治理、人口城鎮(zhèn)化、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌這五個(gè)方面構(gòu)建新型城鎮(zhèn)化的指標(biāo)體系,然后利用熵權(quán)法計(jì)算出山西省各個(gè)地級(jí)市的新型城鎮(zhèn)化綜合發(fā)展水平,然后對(duì)11個(gè)地級(jí)市2002年-2014年的新型城鎮(zhèn)化綜合發(fā)展水平以及各個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的分析;同時(shí)針對(duì)山西省新型城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)互動(dòng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。再次,本文根據(jù)測(cè)得的新型城鎮(zhèn)化數(shù)據(jù),建立計(jì)量模型對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的互動(dòng)發(fā)展進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。此外為了保證本文結(jié)論的合理性,本文還進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn),穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示各個(gè)變量的系數(shù)與模型(1)和模型(2)中的系數(shù)的大小存在著差異,但是影響系數(shù)的方向相同;雖然各個(gè)變量的顯著性存在著差異,但是都通過(guò)顯著性檢驗(yàn)。最后,根據(jù)本文的研究結(jié)論,從實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)與有利于建設(shè)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的角度提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The upgrading of industrial structure can affect the development of urbanization through economic development and labor transfer, and urbanization can also upgrade industrial structure by stimulating consumption demand and improving infrastructure construction. In the key stage of adjusting and realizing the upgrading of industrial structure, Shanxi Province is too dependent on coal, chemical industry and metallurgical economic development mode to make the economy develop healthily and steadily; and now under the background of overcapacity, it has exposed the unreasonable problem of industrial structure in Shanxi Province, so it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure and upgrade the industrial structure. Although urbanization is closely related to economic development, in the past, the coordinated development of population, environment and social development was neglected in the process of urbanization construction, and the urbanization rate was pursued blindly. As a result, many problems appeared in the urbanization construction. Therefore, it is necessary to study urbanization and industrial clusters from the perspective of new urbanization. First of all, based on the interactive development of new urbanization and industrial structure upgrading, this paper analyzes the mechanism of interaction between new urbanization and industrial structure upgrading by clarifying the concept of new urbanization, and gives an empirical analysis of this paper. Secondly, this paper combs the status quo of industrial structure in Shanxi Province from 2002 to 2014, and makes a comparative analysis with the national level; at the same time, the data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province from 2002 to 2014 are selected, through the five aspects of economic urbanization, social urbanization, environmental governance, population urbanization, urban and rural overall planning. The index system of new-type urbanization is constructed, and then the comprehensive development level of new-type urbanization of all prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province is calculated by entropy weight method. Then the comprehensive development level of new-type urbanization of 11 prefecture-level cities from 2002 to 2014 and various indicators are further analyzed. Thirdly, based on the measured new urbanization data, this paper establishes an econometric model to empirically analyze the interactive development of new urbanization and industrial structure upgrading. In addition, in order to ensure the rationality of this conclusion, this paper also conducts a robustness test, robustness test results show that each change. The coefficient of quantity is different from that of model (1) and model (2), but the direction of influence coefficient is the same. Although the significance of each variable is different, it passes the significance test. Finally, according to the conclusion of this paper, it is put forward from the angle of realizing the upgrading of industrial structure and advancing the construction of new urbanization. Relevant policy recommendations.
