【摘要】：隨著我國金融市場逐漸開放和金融管制的日益放松,以及國家支持產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的一系列政策制度的出臺,我國企業(yè)掀起了實施產(chǎn)融結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略的熱潮。雖然為數(shù)不少的企業(yè)在陸續(xù)考慮實施產(chǎn)融結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略,但產(chǎn)融結(jié)合在我國仍然處于起步階段,企業(yè)的產(chǎn)融結(jié)合行為也還處于探索階段。產(chǎn)融結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略如何融入企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈布局?如何與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的打造形成協(xié)同效應(yīng)?產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的實施效果如何?產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的作用如何才能得以充分的發(fā)揮?這些問題的探討既是對產(chǎn)融結(jié)合理論的拓展,對于已經(jīng)實施和即將實施產(chǎn)融結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè)也具有重要的實踐指導(dǎo)作用。本文在對國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)融結(jié)合和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展相關(guān)研究就行歸納、總結(jié)和評述的基礎(chǔ)上,回顧了產(chǎn)融結(jié)合在我國的發(fā)展歷程,分析了我國企業(yè)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的動因及模式,深入剖析了產(chǎn)融結(jié)合與企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的相互作用及協(xié)同發(fā)展機(jī)理。產(chǎn)融結(jié)合實質(zhì)上就是將金融機(jī)構(gòu)作為“連接鏈”融入到產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條當(dāng)中去,通過金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供的資金融通以及資金管理服務(wù),實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上企業(yè)間資金、信息等資源的交流與共享,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的順利運(yùn)作與價值提升。為了更清晰的了解產(chǎn)融結(jié)合實踐的具體流程,本文利用案例分析的方法對產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)理和作用效果進(jìn)行情景展示和深入分析。最后對企業(yè)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合的發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)的對策建議。本文對產(chǎn)融結(jié)合和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同發(fā)展作用機(jī)理和運(yùn)行機(jī)理的系統(tǒng)分析和闡述,以及利用典型案例對產(chǎn)融結(jié)合具體作用過程的展示分析和對作用效果的檢驗,能夠為已實施或者將要實施產(chǎn)融結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè)提供理論指導(dǎo)和方法支持,以推動我國企業(yè)產(chǎn)融結(jié)合更順利更有效的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the gradual opening of our financial market and the relaxation of financial regulation, and the introduction of a series of policies and systems supporting the combination of industry and finance, Chinese enterprises have set off an upsurge of implementing the strategy of combination of production and finance. Although a large number of enterprises are considering the implementation of the combination of production and finance strategy in succession, but the combination of production and finance is still in its infancy in our country, and the behavior of the combination of production and finance is still in the exploration stage. How to integrate the strategy of production and finance into the layout of industry chain? How to form a synergistic effect with the creation of industrial chain? What is the effect of the combination of production and finance? How can the function of the combination of production and finance be brought into full play? The discussion of these problems not only extends the theory of combination of industry and finance, but also plays an important role in practice guidance for enterprises that have implemented and will soon implement the strategy of combination of industry and finance. On the basis of summing up and commenting on the research on the combination of industry and finance at home and abroad and the development of industrial chain, this paper reviews the development course of the combination of industry and finance in our country, and analyzes the motivation and mode of the combination of industry and finance in our country. In this paper, the interaction and mechanism between the combination of industry and finance and the development of industrial chain are analyzed. In essence, the combination of production and finance is the integration of financial institutions as a "link chain" into the industrial chain, and through the financing and management services provided by financial institutions, inter-enterprise funds can be realized in the industrial chain. The exchange and sharing of information and other resources can realize the smooth operation and value enhancement of the whole industry chain. In order to understand the concrete process of the combination of production and finance more clearly, this paper uses the method of case analysis to show and analyze the coordination mechanism and effect of the combination of production and finance. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the combination of industry and finance. This paper systematically analyzes and expounds the mechanism and operation mechanism of industrial and financial combination and industrial chain synergistic development, and uses typical cases to demonstrate and analyze the concrete process of industrial and financial combination and to test its effect. It can provide theoretical guidance and method support for enterprises that have implemented or will implement the strategy of combination of industry and finance in order to promote the smooth and more effective development of the combination of industry and finance in our country.
