【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)取得飛速發(fā)展,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)也得到快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展取得很大成效,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系建設(shè)也得到進(jìn)一步完善。但是,進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷調(diào)整,我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系還不完善,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展存在一定滯后性。目前,安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平存在區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡的現(xiàn)象,總體水平也有待提高。新型農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系建設(shè)有一定的探索和實(shí)踐,但仍須進(jìn)一步理清戰(zhàn)略定位和發(fā)展思路,通過(guò)制定科學(xué)可行的規(guī)劃,明確發(fā)展目標(biāo)和主攻方向,落實(shí)各項(xiàng)政策,以推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)向更高層次、更高水平方向發(fā)展。研究安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系建設(shè),有利于建設(shè)生態(tài)強(qiáng)省、提升農(nóng)民的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入,有利于構(gòu)建以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)體系為基礎(chǔ)、多功能產(chǎn)業(yè)體系為紐帶、社會(huì)化服務(wù)為支撐的立體式復(fù)合型現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,為推進(jìn)我省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展提供體制支撐和制度保障。論文以安徽省為研究對(duì)象,以農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策理論為理論指導(dǎo),以《安徽省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù)》為依據(jù),研究作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省的安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系建設(shè)問(wèn)題。全文共分為六大部分:第一部分主要講述本文的選題依據(jù),研究目和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài),研究思路和方法、技術(shù)路線(xiàn)圖以及本文存在的可能創(chuàng)新之處與不足;第二部分主要對(duì)本文研究的相關(guān)理論及概念進(jìn)行界定,并分析本論文的理論基礎(chǔ),包括農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要素組合理論、農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步理論、農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策理論;第三部分主要從農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平區(qū)域差異、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)出率區(qū)域差異、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系現(xiàn)狀這三個(gè)方面對(duì)安徽省皖南、皖中、皖北的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述和分析;第四部分從橫向和縱向兩個(gè)角度,對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐體系進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià);第五部分利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)度分析;第六部分從加快發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化、增加農(nóng)業(yè)教育投資,突出地區(qū)資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、構(gòu)建具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的農(nóng)業(yè)功能區(qū),推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,完善農(nóng)業(yè)科技支撐體系、發(fā)揮農(nóng)業(yè)科技輻射帶動(dòng)作用四個(gè)方面提出促進(jìn)安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系建設(shè)對(duì)策建議�；谝陨涎芯拷Y(jié)果,希望能為促進(jìn)安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)“十三五”規(guī)劃的目標(biāo)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has made rapid economic development, rural economy has also been rapid development, agricultural modernization has achieved great results, and the construction of agricultural industrial system has been further improved. However, in the new century, with the constant adjustment of China's industrial structure, China's agricultural industrial system is not perfect, there is a lag in the development of agricultural modernization. At present, the level of agricultural modernization in Anhui Province exists the phenomenon of uneven regional development, and the overall level needs to be improved. The construction of the new agricultural industrial system has certain exploration and practice, but it is still necessary to further clarify the strategic orientation and development thinking, through the formulation of scientific and feasible planning, clear development goals and direction of attack, and implement various policies. In order to promote the modernization of agriculture to a higher level, a higher level of development. The research on the development of agricultural modernization and the construction of agricultural industrial system in Anhui Province is conducive to the construction of a strong ecological province, the promotion of farmers' economic income, and the construction of a multi-functional industrial system based on the agricultural product industrial system. The three-dimensional compound agricultural industry system supported by socialized service provides system support and system guarantee for promoting the development of agricultural modernization in our province. The thesis takes Anhui Province as the research object, takes the agricultural economy theory, the industrial economy theory and the industrial policy theory as the theoretical guidance, takes the Anhui Province Statistical Yearbook data as the basis, This paper studies the development of agricultural modernization and the construction of agricultural industrial system in Anhui Province as a big agricultural province. The full text is divided into six parts: the first part mainly describes the basis of the topic, research purposes and significance, domestic and foreign research trends, research ideas and methods, technology roadmap and the possible innovations and shortcomings of this paper; The second part mainly defines the relevant theories and concepts studied in this paper, and analyzes the theoretical basis of this paper, including the combination theory of agricultural factors of production, the theory of agricultural technological progress, the theory of agricultural technology extension, the theory of industrial structure. The third part mainly from the agricultural modernization level regional difference, the agricultural modernization output rate regional difference, the agricultural industry system present situation these three aspects to Anhui Province south Anhui, Anhui middle, The fourth part comprehensively evaluates the industrial support system of agricultural modernization development in Anhui Province from the horizontal and vertical angles. The fifth part analyzes the correlation degree between agricultural industrial system and agricultural modernization by grey correlation method, and the sixth part focuses on accelerating the development of agricultural mechanization, increasing investment in agricultural education and highlighting the advantages of regional resources. To construct competitive agricultural functional areas, to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure, to construct a modern agricultural industrial system, and to improve the supporting system of agricultural science and technology, Four aspects are put forward to promote the development of agricultural modernization and the construction of agricultural industrial system in Anhui Province. Based on the above research results, it is hoped that it can provide a reference for promoting the development of agricultural modernization and the construction of agricultural industrial system in Anhui Province and realizing the objectives of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
