【摘要】：文章分析了地方政府產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的作用機理及途徑,利用我國省際面板數(shù)據(jù)實證分析地方產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和高級化的效應,以及市場化和地方政府能力對創(chuàng)新政策的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級效應的影響。研究表明,地方產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新政策能夠顯著地提升地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化和高級化程度,但這個作用依賴于市場化程度和地方政府能力。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism and approach of local government industrial innovation policy on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and empirically analyzes the effect of local industrial innovation policy on the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure by using inter-provincial panel data in China. And the impact of marketization and local government capacity on industrial structure optimization and upgrading of innovation policy. The research shows that the local industrial innovation policy can significantly promote the rationalization and upgrading of the regional industrial structure, but this role depends on the degree of marketization and the ability of the local government.
