【摘要】：本文探討了勞動力價格與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級之間的理論與現(xiàn)實關(guān)系,并以湖北省為例進行了實證分析。實證結(jié)果表明:勞動力價格與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間存在長期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系,勞動力價格上漲與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級互為因果關(guān)系,且當短期波動偏離長期均衡時,將以0.05的調(diào)整力度將非均衡狀態(tài)拉回均衡狀態(tài)。通過脈沖響應函數(shù)分析得到,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化對勞動力價格產(chǎn)生了正響應,同時,勞動力價格變化對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)影響最大;通過方差分解得到,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是勞動力價格變化的主要原因之一。同時,勞動力價格調(diào)整也是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的主要原因。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the theoretical and practical relationship between labor price and industrial structure upgrading, and takes Hubei Province as an example to make an empirical analysis. The empirical results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between labor price and industrial structure, and the rise of labor price and the upgrading of industrial structure are causality, and when short-term fluctuations deviate from long-term equilibrium, The non-equilibrium state will be pulled back to the equilibrium state with the adjustment of 0. 05. Through impulse response function analysis, it is found that the change of industrial structure has a positive response to the labor price, while the change of labor price has the greatest influence on the structure of the secondary industry. The development of the second industry is one of the main reasons for the change of labor price. At the same time, labor price adjustment is also the main reason for the change of industrial structure.
