中潤公司煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色工藝技術及循環(huán)經(jīng)濟模式研究

【摘要】:當前,國內(nèi)焦化產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然取得了長足發(fā)展,獨立焦化企業(yè)所占比重焦化產(chǎn)業(yè)份額雖然越來越重,但是,在通過對國內(nèi)焦化行業(yè)科技進步調(diào)研及多年的生產(chǎn)管理分析來看,行業(yè)內(nèi)仍存在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、廢氣、廢水、廢渣等工藝“三廢”利用等方面的問題,因此,針對煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的共性問題,開展綠色工藝技術改造具有重要意義。本文緊密結合開灤能源股份有限公司中潤公司的實際,從干熄焦、焦爐煤氣制甲醇、苯加氫項目之間有機耦合和污水綜合回用、弛放氣綜合利用、蒸汽優(yōu)化利用、焦化廢渣回用、煤氣凈化回收等方面進行綠色工藝技術改造,具體包括如下6個方面:從循環(huán)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構建方面,開發(fā)了干熄焦與粗苯加氫精制項目,并實現(xiàn)了項目涉及的蒸汽、電力、廢氣、廢水與焦化工藝的鏈接耦合;針對甲醇弛放氣利用,開發(fā)了回爐綜合回用技術,改善了煉焦加熱過程,提高了甲醇產(chǎn)量;針對焦化廢水利用,開發(fā)了污水綜合回用技術,污水經(jīng)處理后補入生產(chǎn)循環(huán)水系統(tǒng),解決了焦化廢水處理難問題;針對廢渣利用及配煤系統(tǒng)問題,實施了單種煤預粉碎與廢渣型煤煉焦改造,解決了焦化產(chǎn)業(yè)廢渣利用問題;針對煤氣回收凈化工藝改造,改變單塔運行洗苯工藝,改善了煤氣洗苯效果,解決了苯加氫含硫干氣排放問題;針對蒸汽利用問題,改造蒸汽分壓缸系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)蒸汽梯級利用。通過相關的技術開發(fā)工作,中潤公司實現(xiàn)了焦化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條的再延伸,構建了不同能源資源之間的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,圓滿解決了本企業(yè)廢氣、廢水、廢渣的綜合利用。本研究結果在同類型焦化企業(yè)具有推廣應用價值。
[Abstract]:At present, although the domestic coking industry has made considerable progress, the proportion of independent coking enterprises in the coking industry has become more and more heavy. However, through the investigation of the scientific and technological progress of the domestic coking industry and the analysis of the production management for many years, There are still some problems in the utilization of industrial chain, waste gas, waste water, waste residue and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out green technology reform in view of the common problems existing in coal chemical industry. This paper closely combines with the reality of Zhongrun Company of Kailuan Energy Co., Ltd., from coke quenching, coke oven gas to methanol, organic coupling between benzene hydrogenation projects and comprehensive reuse of sewage, comprehensive utilization of relaxation gas and optimum utilization of steam, In the aspects of recycling of coking waste residue and gas purification and recovery, the green process is reformed, including the following six aspects: from the aspect of construction of industry chain of circular economy, the project of dry quenching coke and crude benzene hydrofining is developed. The coupling of steam, electric power, waste gas, waste water and coking process is realized, and the comprehensive reuse technology is developed to improve the coking heating process and methanol output. In view of the utilization of coking plant wastewater, the comprehensive reuse technology of sewage is developed, the sewage is reused into the production circulating water system after treatment, the problem of treating coking plant wastewater is solved, and the problems of waste residue utilization and coal blending system are solved. In order to solve the problem of waste residue utilization in coking industry, the single coal pre-crushing and coking modification of waste coal briquettes were carried out, and the gas washing effect was improved by changing the single tower running benzene washing process and reforming the gas recovery and purification process. To solve the problem of benzene hydrogenation sulfur containing dry gas emission and steam utilization, the steam separation cylinder system was reformed to realize steam cascade utilization. Through the relevant technical development work, Zhongrun Company has realized the extension of the coking industry chain, constructed the circular economic industrial chain between different energy resources, and solved the comprehensive utilization of the waste gas, wastewater and waste residue of the enterprise. The results of this study have the value of popularization and application in the same type of coking enterprises.
